I do NOT recommend this place. It is a rip off!! I was having a cold for more than a week and decided to go to the immediate care center. Unfortunately, When I arrived the wait was for 2 hours, they took my pressure and made me wait. Finally, after 2 hours the doctor saw me for around 5 to 10 minutes maximum and gave me a prescription. Weeks later, for my surprise, on top of the Doctors fee rate I was charged the Facility fee of $300.00 (I do have insurance with deductible). This was the first time I had to pay for a facility fee which I consider is outreagous!! So just for stepping there, they charged $300.00!! I called the billing department who confirmed that was reason. So if you are having a minor cold, pain, please go to a walking clinic as this is not one. Avoid yourself the payment of $600.00, on top of the 2 hour waiting for a 5 minute doctors check up.

Had achilles repaired here. Excellent comfort of care starting at check-in. Team is assigned and introduces themselves to feel at ease. Very clean. Staff and process is organized. Everything is thought out and ergonomic. High degree of privacy. From what I remember, I had a private post-op room. Careful attention was paid to my comfort. Discharge was made a breeze. I cant say that enough? Rolled out to the world by a sweetheart. I hate getting hurt, but if you select the right physician that operates here, this is the place to do it. If you want to go pro athlete, I was able to get booked Friday for a Monday diagnosis. Yes. Its that good. Thank you Tully Center at Stamford Hospital!

On February 22, 2011 I underwent an MRI for a suspected torn tendon in my right shoulder. I presented myself, filled out all the paper work and had the proceedure done. It was only today, March 16, 2011, after many phone calls, and a finally, personal visit to the center, that I was able to obtain the report. The tendon is torn, I will need surgery, and because the Radiology dept lost the paperwork no one on staff was willing to take any initiative to obtain the MRI report. I was been in pain for almost 30 days and out of work when I should have undergone surgery and been healed by now. Thanks Tully Center for your incompetence. Yolande Suzin, Darien, CT

I had a right inguinal hernia and hydroscele, and after almost a year of looking for proper treatment, I found and went to Dr. Bonheur at the Tulley health center at Stamford Hospital. I could not be any happier with my decision! Dr. Bonheur and his staff took excellent care of me from start to finish. They are all so professional, caring, and extremely kind. He thoroughly explained everything that would be done with surgery, and within a month after the minimally invasive surgery, I was back to full health! I would recommend Dr. Bonheur and his staff to anyone in need of related surgery. A fantastic experience!

I went to Tully with cough and fever so the doctor assumed i had FLU!!!! She didnt bother taking any swab test or nothing ....she prescribed me TAMIFLU & SINGULAIR after taking the medication my cough just got worse with congestion..wheezing..fever..heavy breathing. So i decided to go STAMFORD HOSPITAL ER as soon as i walked through the door DR Moi and his staff took very good care of me and after running few tests he found that i have Acute Bronchitis not FLU after taking one dose of his medications i feel good already....NEVER GO TO TULLY CENTRE THEY CAN PUT YOUR LIFE AT RISK.

A radiologist completely missed a polyp on my thyroid. The doctor performing the biopsy one week later saw it. That doctor reported in my records which are part of the Stanford Hospital system records. When I returned for the follow up sonogram six months later the same radiologist reported that I had a NEW polyp. I was denied long term health care insurance. If you can go anywhere else I would highly recommend it.

Service is fine, not great. Never felt better after taking medicines suggested by them, generic medicines work better. Outrageous charges and always bill in the wrong category which makes me pay more. Their billing department/service center doesn’t understand difference between Urgent care and Emergency procedure. My Advice - Stay away from this place.

Excellent urgent care center and staff. I waited 5 minutes and then went to triage, to a room and was seen by a PA within 15 minutes. Everyone was professional and friendly. Treated and Rx in hand (from onsite pharmacy) within an hour. Exceptional. I would definitely recommend the urgent care center at Tully.

clean with nice capable people to help you, however, it all depends who is on duty. if you get the wrong crew you can wait hours in an empty ER. Even with a broken KNEECAP! no help for HOURS! Shame on that crew. Less than a year ago. I hope its better now.
