Not a big fan. The doctors there are the unfriendliest healthcare professionals Ive ever met. The other staff is alright, but not really warm and fuzzy kind of people. They mixed up my name with someone elses and that made my contacts order come late. Theres not really anywhere else to go to in Cortland, so I guess I have no choice.

The optometrist "took over" when my daughter and I were looking for her first pair of glasses and started fitting her for some hideous blue ones that I DID NOT WANT, while I was still looking at frames. I walked out. She wasnt being helpful, she was being rude.

Great service and support for both myself and my wife. My frames broke 1 week out of warranty but they replaced them for free anyhow. Free adjustments and friendly service, ...and I can see again!!!! : )

Scary & Juice

Can never get through when calling, its always a busy line. I almost always have to go to the store to get anywhere with them and they are the only eyeglass company in the area, very inconvenient.

This place is the absolute worst. Multiple times I have sat on hold for upwards of 20 minutes, waiting to schedule an appointment. Will not be returning to this awful place.

Called on 11/10 for an appt and was told the earliest I could get in was 12/19. Reception said they only had one doctor. Wow.
