DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE. Pros: Nice staff, clean office, new modern equipment. Cons: They will give you a treatment plan to steal your money. They tried to give me a $3,000 treatment plan (with insurance deducted) when I only needed $150 of fillings confirmed from a second opinion. The staff is really nice and the cleaning was great, BUT THEY WILL TRY TO STEAL YOUR MONEY. I had not been to the dentist in a few years, so I filled out the forms honestly: few years since last visit, grinding at night, etc. And the dentist used it to their advantage to try and rack up money from me. The dentist said my teeth were cracked. She said I needed a custom night guard, a ton of CEREC work and my wisdom teeth removed. About $3,000 worth (with insurance deducted). They also pressure you to think that you need all of this work ASAP. -- Something didnt feel right, so I looked up the office, and there are reviews about other patients getting high cost treatment plans that were not necessary after confirmed from a second opinion. I went to a more established office in the area, and I told the dentist that I received a treatment plan that I didnt think was honest. I asked him to go through an initial checkup without looking at the treatment plan. He found only 2 fillings were needed, and my teeth were not cracked! With the second opinion dentist, I then asked him what he thought about the proposed plan from Chastain Park Dentistry. He said they must be a corporate office because their pricing is extremely high. He also said that the CEREC inlays and onlays, the night guard, were excessive and not necessary. "Why use an expensive machine when you dont need to." "Why fix something thats not broken." I felt a lot better with this second opinion dentist, reading his reviews were consistent, and we discussed everything in detail to the point that I felt comfortable with his treatment plan. He also didnt pressure me. I still cant believe Chastain Park told me I needed my wisdom teeth removed!!! Then again, I think I do because looking at the treatment plan cost, it was going to give them the most money.

I have to wonder if it was a licensed doctor or an intern that performed the work. Horrible experience, I am out of 2500.00. The visit was fine, staff was nice, but the doctor said I had a cavity. I had it filled, the work went fine. The tooth was sensitive after 4 days when flossing. I went back to have them check it, they said it was fine. Six months has past, went to have my cleaning done at my old dentist as my confidence in their abilities was waning. My tooth was still a little sensitive to some air movement, so it was not a real surprise when they told me that I would have to have root canal preformed on that tooth. They showed me the x-rays and it was essay to tell that the tooth was decaying under the filling, I am not even able to get a crown. I am out 2500.00, the cost of root canal. The only reason I had tried this place was that it was on my new insurance plan and was located near me, want to save a few dollars, go ahead.

I cant believe it took me so long to call and make an appointment! Everything went smoothly and easily. I called during my lunch break to make an appointment for a cleaning, expecting to hear that the next availability for a new patient wouldnt be for 6-8 weeks. I was surprised when I was told I could get in the very next day! I was even able to fill out paperwork online, making the check in process much faster. I had a great experience here and have already recommended them to a co-worker! Believe it or not, Im actually looking forward to my next dentist appointment!

This place is a scam, they try to get you in the door with the 59.00 new patient cleaning and X-rays but charged my insurance company 1300.00. They took all kinds of orthodontic X-rays that were not needed but since the insurance company would pay for all X-rays they took everything possible to run up the charges. I saw itemized costs from the insurance company and half of the stuff that the say they performed was not done or was not needed. If you don’t believe me just look at your itemized pay out the insurance company sends you.

Stay away from these SCAM ARTISTS!! Went in for a new patient exam, X-ray, & cleaning. They told me I had a whole list of problems and quoted me a bill of $2400. I suspected something was fishy as they told the woman in the chair next to me the exact same thing. I went to another dentist to get a 2nd opinion (should have gone to them to start with ...just couldnt get an appointment) and the other dentist said I have none of those problems and my teeth are perfectly healthy.

I had a wonderful experience here! Marco and Shannon made me feel very comfortable and explained every step of my procedure in detail and answered all of my questions. Dr. Guerrier was very gentle and continued to check in on me throughout my time in the office. She even personally called me a few days later to check up on me and ensure I was happy with the outcome. I definitely recommend Dr G and Chastain Park Dentistry to all me friends and family!

Highly unprofessional staff that is moody, sloppy, manipulative, un-knowledgeable and unaccountable. Starting with Heather and ending with Patrick. Heather is very moody and makes many mistakes with insurance and appointments. Patrick claims he is the VP of the company yet sits at the desk with them. I did email Dr. Gurrier to call me and explained the full detailed and she never returned my email as well.

Were efficient and friendly! Checked gum depth for any potential disease, X-rays were thorough, got teeth molds for bleaching trays, fluoride, everything I needed.
