Worst experience ever. This is the first time Ive ever written a bad review for anyone. I started going there a few years ago. There was a mistake EVERY single time I was there (no joke). Once, I had a different doctor (no big deal) but he had no idea what he was doing or what was going on with me when he came in to look at my eyes. I wasnt allowed to wear my contacts for a month with an issue I had going on. He said looks fine (without looking under my eye lids which is where the problem was) so I put my contacts back in. Made another appt with the Doctor I usually saw bc that didnt seem right. It ruined my eyes so bad and now Im nevver allowed to wear my contacts again. I hate wearing glasses and Im only 28. I also called to get my prescription to order sunglasses online and they said they couldnt give it to me over the phone so I went in to get it (pretty far out of the way) and they never had my perscription in my account and Ive been going there for years. Now they have to figure it out and I have to drive all the way back to pick it up later. These are only 2 examples out of 50 I have. Terrible, just terrible.

Unethical Dishonest BAIT AND SWITCH! My wife called with a $49 offer for contact lens exam and fitting during the offer period. She asked for the first available appointment. They "were booked" and scheduled her as soon as they could. After the exam, they charged her $89 and said the offer had expired. I called back and spoke to a rude "Ian," and I told him they should correct this, he hung up on me. Maybe it is only Ian who should not be in the business of talking to customers, but it seems the policy might be intentionally set up to create this bait and switch.

Im not a huge fan. I went in to make an appointment and verify what my insurance would cover. I asked if the insurance would cover the eye exam and contact fitting and was told it did for my $10 copay. It did not in fact cover the fitting. I was given Biofinity contacts to trial. I said I was enjoying it and assumed that is what was ordered (without verifying, so partly my fault) but received a cheap looking off brand. Everyone was nice enough and the Dr was fast but the little things are irksome and feels untrustworthy.

For some reason, the doctor wanted me to have a different prescription, but when I wear the glasses with this prescription far distance signs are blurry and my eyes hurt. When I said my eyes hurt they blew it off. Glad I kept my old glasses. The good news is that they referred me to Dr. Kakaria who is wonderful and is a specialist in retina and lens issues. But when I change my insurance I want to be done with this place and go back to my old, more professional eye and glasses practice (Brent and Stegura).

Definition of insanity? Repeating the same activity and expecting a different result. Ive returned to this place multiple times, and every time Ive had terrible service. Whether its my appointment starting 40 minutes later than scheduled after I showed up 30 minutes early, or having to wait half an hour for someone to hand me my glasses, I will not be returning. Staff is not there to serve you.

The hours are wrong that are on this Google website here. You have to call the place first. They had just closed when my son and I arrived and they would not let us in to give him his glasses. There was a time and day when a merchant would have did that. I think some places are still courteous.

Called to try to get an appointment after my dog scratched my eye last night. Was told they were fully booked. Never said, we could try to fit you in since this was an injury or a number to another vision works. Not very customer oriented. Wont be going there anytime soon.

Jillian is rude and unprofessional. She promised one thing on a voicemail and when I arrived at the store after work she said I was wrong! She helped two other individuals while making me wait and then got an attitude when I asked her to assist me!!!!!
