If I could give them 0 stars I would. I have an astigmatism and need a particular prescription. The machine used to measure my prescription took 4 tries to read my eyes, and upon completion gave a prescription for someone without an astigmatism. The Doctor refused to listen to me and to try going weaker or stronger from my current lenses, and insisted that I have a rare eye disease for which I do not. I will not be returning nor allow her make any money nor receive any kind of award for a disease that I do not have.

Ive had a great experience with Visionworks in Bayonne. Staff was super friendly, super helpful and extremely professional. Dr Jones was so great and patient. She answered all my questions. After i received my glassed, there was a HUGE difference between my new ones and the old ones that i had at different place!! It felt so good to see that clear!! The place is so clean and there was almost no waiting time, even parking was awesome. I just LOVE this place. I would definitely recommend this place.

At first I was skeptical about getting my glasses from here due to reviews I read about bad treatment to customers. I went anyway and as for my experience I was in complete shock as to those reviews I never felt more comfortable and at ease in picking out a frame affordable to my budget. I was helped by Monica who was very friendly and helpful in getting me what I was looking for from my very first pair of glasses.

Terrible service. Saw them Wednesday and they said theyd call me Friday. No call for 2 weeks. They keep messing my wifes contact lenses. She called tried to set an appointment to pick up lenses. Lady says oh you dont need to, just come in. We get there and she says, oh I gave you the wrong info and you have to wait and see the doctor. Terrible!!
