My cats teeth are extremely bad.. Her gums are red and swollen as well. Its gotten to the point where she cant eat or drink because of the pain. Took her in for a predental workup and what do they do? Diagnose my cat with a neurological problem. And they came to this conclusion without any blood work or testing. Total dismissed her horrible oral conditions and said "no one will think any less of you if you put her down".. Wtf? How did this go from a dental cleaning to telling me it could possibly be a brain tumor and to put her down. Meanwhile I had to tell them I wanted blood work, fluids given, and antibiotics for her (I did research online before I went) they didnt even recommend any of that and said it would be a waste. Well I got my way, her white blood cell count, hemoglobin, lymphocytes, and monocytes were all low. Showing infection. And a few hours after her fluids were given she was up and walking. My cat makes a crunching sound when she eats and drinks (its coming from her jaw because of the infection, again I googled it) but when I asked what it could be the vet looked at me with this stupid look at said "I dont know. Its so weird" really? It took me 2 seconds on Google. (I was testing her). They totally dismissed my cats mouth problems. I WAS HIGHLY UPSET. They told me I need a spinal tap and MRI. I basically did their job for them and they still charged me $300. Alls they did was watch her wobble around from dehydration and say its a brain tumor.

I had an appointment for my dog at Banfield Pet Hospital Store #1579. I had the worst experience ever, first of all the store lost all my dog shot records. My dog Princess was lost and mixed up with another dog name Princess. I was offered antibiotic and I said no, But I requested a rabies shot and the Associate Laura Levine told me she was UNABLE to provide Princess with a shot because she cannot find her records. I told them it was okay if I come back in January. I decided to call the next day December 7th to receive the rabies shot, The asst who answered the phone told me NO I would have to re-pay for another visit which is $52.00. I am like its within 24hrs why would I have to pay for another visit fee. Why are we paying Associates to care for our pets instead of Doctors....wow. No knowledge of anything. She also claimed humans can carry dog fleas. I heard of ticks but not humans giving dogs flees...I was looking for a holistic approach to treat my dog and I was only given an option of fish oil. I am very upset about calling less then 24hrs to request the rabies shot and was denied and was told I have to repay the $52.00 visit fee...wow and also they lost my dog shot records who have been coming here for 7 years.

I have been coming here for 2 years now, for prescriptions and theyre puppy health care plans. The customer service and staff is admirable. Most of them happy to see you and fairly knowledgeable to most questions. I can not say Ive had a bad experience with any of the associates or the vets, however recently I was doing some research on kibble for my pup and just happened to ask the attending vet for her opinion and she recommended Purina out of all brands and gave me some inaccurate information so Ive decided that I wont be scheduling any appointments with her anymore. They treat my dog and previous dogs well and are always attentive to questions or concerns. 4 Stars because that vet really has to at least do some googling about fillers and all the harmful ingredients in low end dog food!

Had a 4:30 appt and called to say Im running 10 mins late because of road construction and the receptionist lisa says we cannot accomodate you your pet cannot be seen because youre late, so i asked for a supervisor and was told nobody is available...ok ! Lost my business as i live over 40 minutes away!

Great Vet and Services. We have our pets on their pet plan, it saves us a lot of money. I would never take my two dogs anywhere I though they would no receive the best care possible. Highly recommend for those looking for a new vet.
