The people are very nice and the kids and I felt comfortable. It really pains me to have to leave the practice. I had a prcedure done and they never contacted my insurance company to see if it was covered. Well it WASNT so I now have to pay $600 and they will do NOTHING about it. I would have never had the procedure done. It wasnt anything big. It could have waited till insurance would have covered it. When asked about it they said they do not have to contact your insurance company unless YOU ask them to. So please make sure you have them contact your insurance company before doing any work.

Dr. Campbell went over & beyond to insert a crown. It was a difficult situation because of a period of time between when the crown was made and when I had it put on the tooth, so the tooth had changed. Dr. Campbell and her team worked as long as it took to get the crown to fit the tooth again so I didnt have to have another crown made. They are the best!

The final result of her and her staffs work exceeded my expectations. Best dental experience that can be had.
