Let me just start by saying I have always hated the dentist until I saw dr. Hower. He was great.I am the biggest baby when it comes to pain so when my filling came out and the root was exposed I was in agony so I called my "former" regular dentest and was told that they would not be able to see me for THREE WEEKS. That was not going to work for me. So I looked up all the dentist in town and sango family dentist was the only one who could get me in that day. It was already 1pm so I was expecting them make me an appointment the next day but was vary impressed when they said they could get me in the SAME day. Fast forward to me getting there. The front staff was extremely friendly and took care of all the Insurance paperwork and the only thing I did fill out was my basic Medical background and personal information unlike my old dentist where it was a fight to use my insurance. When they took me back they took the standard xrays but then they took actual pictures of the tooth I was haveing a problem with which I thought was pretty cool because I have never seen that and doctor hower was able to SHOW me what was actually wrong with my tooth it was much more comforting than just takeing a doctors word for it. Well needless to say it had to be pulled there was no saving it. But before they started anything one of the nurses came in and explained how much it would cost and what the insurance would cover and everything I was so impressed. Im not going to say it was painless but it was as close as it possibly could be I was really impressed that they not only gave me the topical anesthetic but also put this freeze stuff on my gums just before the needle I barely felt anything. Unlike my old dentist. dr.hower actually checked to make sure I was numb before he started and reapplied the Novocaine to make sure I was numb I actually didnt feel anything when they pulled my tooth out this whats the best dentist visit I have ever had and Im actually looking forward to going back dr. Hower and his staff were amazing and I cant say enough about them. I honestly cant explain how much more comfortable I felt there than at my old dentist. I would recommend them to everyone .

My family has come here for a couple of years and the experience with the cleanings was one of the best I have ever had, but you have to know your insurance coverage. We got stuck with the full bill of a cleaning, which I assumed would be covered. When I questioned why we were not told the cleaning would not be covered, I was told they had too many patients to be able to know everyone benefits. They did not offer to write off any amount just to try to keep the peace. I need a dental office that will help me use my benefits in the best way. This cleaning was in November. I would have gladly waited for the new year to come in for the cleaning. I spoke to the office staff before coming in to speak to them face to face and pay the bill. I waited a few weeks then called and cancelled my familys cleanings. I waited several days before writing this review. I really expected them to speak with the dentist and give me a call but.... nope! Update! Dr. Hower saw my post on google review and called me. He made it right. I would like to see more communication between the office staff and the dentists but Dr. Hower assured me this would be talked about in staff meetings. The care we have received from the hygienist and the dentists are defiantly worth staying here for. I am so relived we do not have to change offices.

Thank you Sango Family Dentistry for fitting me into your crazy schedule today. Why do dental emergencies always happen before or during a holiday? The staff was excellent, as always. I wish I could give you more than 5 stars. Dr Hower and Beth are the best team and my procedure was painless. I appreciate you taking time with me. I never felt like I was being squeezed in to your hectic schedule. It is so comforting to know that you are available when an emergency comes up. I would highly recommend Sango Family Dentistry (Dr. Hower). We moved to Clarksville in 2014 and were having a difficult time finding a local dentist. I was seriously considering flying home to California twice a year for good dental care. We asked neighbors and church friends for referrals and several recommended we try the Sango Family Dentistry office. I am so glad we did. The RDH that cleaned my teeth several weeks ago (Shawn ?) was great....the best cleaning I have had since leaving California. Today I returned to have an old crown replaced. I must say I am not the best patient and I am very picky when it comes to dental procedures. Well, Dr. Hower and Beth get an A+. They did a great job and I can honestly say I had no pain whatsoever. After a 2 1/2 year search it looks like we have found our Clarksville dental home.

Dr. Hower is unequivocally the best dentist I have ever been to in my 45 years of this world. I will never let any other dentist touch me. He is the pinnacle of highly skilled professionalism,attention to detail,caring and making sure you leave his establishment perfectly satisfied and more attractive. His staff are very nice,knowledgeable of the field and proficient as well. Not to mention everyone of them young and pretty. It is obvious they have great respect for dentistry and have truly retained all the information they learned from their educational studies and Dr. Howers expertise. Also Dr. Hower is a good person and priced more than fairly despite the superior service you will receive. I realize this is an extensive review so in short,get yalls butts, or mouths rather to Sango Family Dentistry or regret it forever.

I am very impressed with all staff in each of the 6 plus visits I have had since becoming a member of Sango Family Dentistry. Every, and I mean every staff person I have come in contact with works as a team member to provide compassionate care and timely service. I have consistently witnessed this personally and with other clients gliding through the office, whether it be with payment/scheduling assistants, dental hygiene providers or both dentists. Today the Sango Family Dental Team pulled together to transform a scheduled cleaning into a convenient treatment plan that complimented my schedule and my needs. They are a superior dental practice and truly live up to their name, Sango FAMILY Dentistry.

The front desk will always greet you with a smile. The assistance are very knowledgeable. The Drs. Treat me as though I am their only patient. I come prepared with 20 questions and theyve addressed each one. I left with a clear understanding of my treatment plan and no questions:) "Billing"..I cant believe I have anything good to say about them; but even they are awesome.The office is set up very well, clean, and very calm. They also offer same day service; such as, crowns(no more waiting 2 weeks), they have a state of the art machine(laser) which will create a like impression, within mil. of your actual tooth. You will not be disappointed.
