Dr. Val is the BEST! He has adjusted my entire family. From my 3 year old that is now 5 to my 9 year old and my husband. I have sent him so many of my extended family members as well as my clients and they all say the same thing. He is Great. He has a world of knowledge and experience. I never liked going to the Chiropractor before, but once I started going to him I was sold. The name Family Wellness Center says it all. Go see Dr. Val before the cold and flu season starts and if you have a child that plays sports or a husband that golfs they need to see him before the set foot on the field or the greens. C Brown

Dr. Val Tompkins chiropractic care is exceptional. As a person who exercises all the time, it is easy to push through all kinds of discomfort in my body. When I visited Dr. Val Tompkins of Actus Chiropractic, he was very interested in making sure I understood his procedures and that I knew what he was doing. He adjusted me and re-aligned me and I immediately felt relief in several areas of my body that were in discomfort. I found him to be very knowledgeable and caring and best of all he was not pushy and was more interested in giving me the chiropractic care I needed based on what my body needed. Thank you Dr. Val!
