I dont even know where to begin, honestly. I was and still am not happy with the service that was provided. My appointment was for 2:00 p.m. i was brought back at 1:45 for x-rays and i literally sat in the chair for 20 min until i was seen for my "cleaning." Before the Dr. even started there was a lot of talking from the Dr. to myself and the assistant to myself probably to ease my as i have been waiting for a while . My "cleaning" took no longer than 10 min. I waited to be seen longer than my actual appointment was for. The Dr. literally just looked in my mouth and said no cavities. My teeth werent touched nothing he just said no cavities. Which is great news to me but a proper exam was not done. I am not a big flosser in fact i dont floss at all (embarrassing enough to say) so i know i have some build up and tartar in my teeth. Ive gotten my teeth cleaned before from a real practice and not by a "factory" so i know how it feels to get a teeth cleaning. He spent most of his time banging is instruments into my teeth and making them feel so sensitive than he did my cleaning. I am so disappointed and even more upset that i paid $57 to get my teeth "cleaned" and i can literally still see build up and my teeth still feel the same before i went into my appointment. I learned my lesson to never pay upfront before services were done because if i hadnt already paid i would of made a big deal about my appointment. Working in a dentist office, i know the protocol and i know what a proper prophy and exam look and feel like and this office is the exact opposite. They need to hire a hygienist who can really take his or her time and clean patients teeth like they are supposed to get cleaned and just have the Dr. come in to do the exam this way the Dr.s arent rushing trying to get everything done! I will not be coming back. It was only $57 an you know what you get what I got what i paid for. Big lesson learned. If you have no insurance , its better to spend more money and the quality we all deserve than spend less and feel like you just got robbed. BTW the staff was extremely nice but too much talking and no actual work being done to the patient.

As soon as I walked in Dr. Dental {Bridgeport Office} I was greeted by a very nice friendly lady Mary, who offered me water, coffee or tea. The office was clean and wasnt crowded with patients. I was able to fill out my paperwork and ask Mary at the Front Desk any questions I had about filling it out. The first Dentist that helped me took a few x-rays and was very friendly. The actual Dentist was very funny, asked how I was doing and did a Great job cleaning my teeth. She had no problems explaining to me what the condition of my teeth was in and what I need to do to take care of my teeth moving forward. Once I was done with my cleaning and X-Rays, I went back to Mary at the front desk and she was able to give me a break down of cost, options with insurance, payment plans and scheduling. I recommend this place for anyone looking for an inexpensive, customer service friendly & location friendly dentist.

Dr.Dental is the absolute best dental office to go to if youre searching for 100% guaranteed care. I went into the office one day, in the hopes of finding a new, reliable dentist, which I did of course. I have never walked out those doors unhappy, from the moment you walk in youre greeted by the amazing staff in the office, rather than a typical awkward environment, dr.dental is more at home feeling due to the amount of proffesionalism and drive the staff has. I guarantee if youve been unhappy with your dental history, this place has got everything to fix it! The dentists are friendly and so dedicated to their craft, its clear. I used to dread going to the dentist, and now its a breeze. Make your appointment as soon as possible, you wont regret it!

I am a new patient here at Dr. Dental in Bridgeport CT. I love this office. The front desk receptionist Xiomara is awesome. She is very helpful and kind. She always has a bright smile on her face everytime I have been here. The dental assistants are great as well. My favorite is Gopi. She makes me laugh. Dr. Sandra is the BEST dentist i have EVER been to. I was so afraid when I went my first time but she made me comfortable and less nervous. She does a great job as well. I cant wait to see these guys again.I would recommend them to everyone. GO DR.DENTAL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Dr. Dental is awesome!!!! Dr. Salim is the best dentist that Ive ever had in 29 years. She did a Root Canal I felt nothing, No pain the next day either. The Office Staff is wonderful. It is so hard to find a medical facility with young assistants who are warm, friendly and kind; but these girls at Dr. Dental are all professional, Friendly and caring. I hope Dr.Dental stays open for a very longtime because this is my Dentist for as long as I have teeth and gums.

Friendly staff, had a few teeth filled no pain, going back next week for a wisdom tooth extraction will be going back again for more fillings. Highly recommended. Update : Had my wisdom tooth pulled yesterday by the oral surgeon, it required some bone cutting and there were some pain flashes but it was barrable. Didnt feel any pain when she pulled the tooth. Fast forward to now I fell no pain, didnt even really hurt once the novacaine wore off.

My experience at DR.Dental of Bridgeport has been incredible. The employees and Doctors are very caring. They are affordable ,they offer payment plans and they are also bilingual. I love the fact that they care about their patients well being. I also noticed that this particular office is a family oriented facility,which i Love. I will give them thumbs up if i could..... I am Archie Holmes, who just visited your office, and was treated by Dr. Sofia Salim, DDS. She did a wonderful job of cleaning my teeth, which were in dreadful condition due to the use of Chlorhexidine Gluconate which was prescribed for me on 12/31/16 by another dentist. I would definitely recommend Dr. Salim, and hope to have the opportunity of using her services again.
