I have severe dental anxiety, like I’ve ran out from a dentist’s office before….as an adult. A few years ago I had a dental emergency and started going to a different dentist to fix a crumbling baby tooth that I still had. While they were able to fix the tooth, it eventually got to the point that it would need to be removed and replaced with an implant. I was not very comfortable at the other office, and did not feel comfortable with the place they referred me to get the implant. After a little research I decided to just stop in and check Fixari out on my way home from work. EVERYONE went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable. Every option and expense was explained to me, and I was completely comfortable making the decision to switch to Fixari. I just went through the first of 3 steps in getting my implant done...tooth extraction. I experienced NO pain, no discomfort, and always knew what was happening. Dr. Bobby and the rest of the staff were nothing short of fantastic at all times even in the face of my ridiculously excessive anxiety. While I am not “excited” to get the next couple steps done (I mean it is still dental work right), I am comfortable with the people that will be taking care of it. More importantly I’m not terrified, and for me that is the BEST scenario possible.

First let me say that Im usually extremely And deadly scared of the dentist and needles. Today I called with a sore tooth and was taken in only a few hours later. When I met the people there I felt relaxed and welcomed. The Doctor was the best dentist I have ever had. I was able to do more work on my teeth then I anticipated doing because of how comfortable I felt. The doctor walked me though everything she was doing and made sure I was ok throughout the whole procedure. I ended up cutting some skin off in my mouth to let my wisdom tooth come out as well as a crown for another tooth. I can say that Im in more pain after the procedure then I was during. Actually I was not in any pain at all while at the dentist for the first time in my life. Thank you for helping me get over my fears and giving me such of great care.

This is a game changer. The way Fixari and their entire staff takes care of their patients puts old school dentistry in the distant past. The atmosphere is extremely caring and gentle and the facility is sparkling clean. All the newest techniques and technology are used here including imagery that uses 90% less radiation. Very important for anyone concerned with thyroid cancer. I received excellent information, education and answers to all of my questions. If you are a first-time patient someone will give you a tour of the entire beautiful facility. All 8 dentists are Ohio State University graduates with up-to-date technology and experience. I am relieved they offer fluoride treatments! I cannot remember the last time I was this impressed. They have a customer for life.

From the moment I contacted them by phone to the time I left, after having received excellent service, I felt they not only wanted me there butt were actively taking care of me. As a new patient, they genuinely welcomed me and showed concern for my comfort throughout the experience. And even though I was embarrassed by the extensive cleaning and restorative work required to return me to proper dental health, Dr. Haddad and each of the hygenists spoke to me about it with only positive understanding and kindness that helped tremendously to mitigate my negative feelings. I would recommend this location to anyone! Best care anywhere!

The work done was good. Everyone was so friendly. There was just one thing I did not like. It was the fact that my insurance did not cover everything so as I am sitting in the dental chair with the bib thing around my neck there is a lady literly pressering me to make payment arangments and I actually had to get up out of the chair and give her my credit card. I was a little bit upset at this, but I did not say a thing. I actually had to call my husband on the phone and have him speak to the lady to make the payment arrangments, all the while my tooth is still hurting.

Not only is this practice amazing at what they do, they regularly go above and beyond. Recently I had a very severe sinus infection and had already gone to the ER, they did little to help. My infection grew worse and I began feeling the pain and pressure in my mouth. Being uneducated in such matters I went to the dentist and saw Dr. G. She treated me with respect even though it wasnt exactly a dental matter and she was the one to actually prescribe me the medicine I needed to get better. I am forever thankful.

We called this dental group and was told we would receive a "consultation" for free. We got there and was put under pressure to have work done. We refused to have the work done. This dental facility "billed" our insurance company and attempted to get the balance from us. After we threatened to involve a lawyer, we received a zero balance bill. The insurance company still paid a portion of the bill. Watch this dental practice. I would give them a zero (0) if I could.

Dr. Mike is awesome. He really put me at ease because I have a true phobia of dentists (probably need expert help with lol) and he really does ease your anxieties. He doesnt over charge you and is willing to work with your circumstances. I have been in pain for a week in a half and he was there to help make it go away. The staff and atmosphere are great...makes you feel like your in a spa and massage parlor not a dentist office.

I went in a tremendous amount of pain. I also had alot of anxiety because I am not a fan of the dentist. They got me straight back and had me feeling better with in 30 min. Dr. Bobby made sure I knew exactly what he was doing and when he was going to do it. They made sure I was 100% relaxed before he even got near my mouth. By far the best dentist I have ever been to and I will definitely recommend them!

I am always impressed with the care and concern shown by the staff at Fixari Family Dental. Dr. Bobby always makes me feel as if I am the most important person in the room and the hygienists Meghan and Kellie are so caring and kind. Kim was very helpful in showing me all about my night retainer. Will continue to come back and wouldnt want to go anywhere else for my dental needs!

Im happy but more importantly our special needs 37 year old son is comfortable and well taken care of at Fixari. Also our 3 and 7 year old great grandkids actually look forward to going here. The location and hours are convenient. Calls are always returned in a timely manner. The Dr.s are caring and kind, the assistants are gentle as well. 100% Recommend this office!
