I had very high hopes for this place because the reviews were really positive. When I arrived, the receptionist was really nice and helpful. I waited for about 30 minutes past my appointment time, but I didnt really mind or think much of it. Still, remembering these rave reviews. A man called my name and I said hello and asked how he was, to which he responded and didnt ask me the same. Whatever, some people just dont remember to. He took some x-rays and sat me in a room. I waited for a pretty long time, someone who never introduced themselves periodically stepped in and took my blood pressure and some more x-rays. This young man was pleasant, but pretty unprofessional. It all just felt a little too casual to me. I waited a while longer and then the doctor arrived. He apologized for the wait and was super nice. I felt a bit relieved. He cleaned the tartar from the front portion of my mouth and I didnt feel any pain whatsoever. But, he didnt clean the rest of my mouth. I dont know if he got bored of his job and just didnt feel like it or what. It was strange to me. Finally, my "cleaning" if you can even call it that. A woman came in and introduced herself. I completely forgot her name. She spent maybe 5 minutes cleaning my teeth, EXTREMELY sloppily. She ran the buffer across my teeth super fast, skipping and missing entire sets of teeth. She splashed water and that fluoride stuff all over my face a few times, and when she flossed my teeth, it was just as sloppy. She was literally shaking my head back and forth to get leverage, if that makes sense. It was all so bizarre. She even broke a piece of floss between my teeth, consequently hitting the back of my mouth with her hand from the force she had applied. I was livid, but didnt show it. She was polite and pleasant, but apparently HATES her job or doesnt want to do it. I was checked out by another woman who didt acknowledge me whatsoever, until I finally asked her how she was to make it less awkward. She was receiving texts and looking at her phone as she talked to me. I was flabbergasted by this. I dont work in an office setting, but I would be fired for that kind of behavior. Overall, a pretty horrific experience. I feel like I took $95, dug a hole in my backyard, and lit it on fire.

Usually I am very nervous about coming to a dentists office that isnt just a private practice because I worry about quality and getting lost in the crowd. Celebrate, however, is a little gem among the zillions of Mcdental places out there. My husband is super picky about who works on his teeth. Not just picky, but critical! He was thrilled to find Dr. Huish who not only evokes his trust, but actually fixed problems in his mouth that other long past dentists had created! My husband has been known to pass out at the site of needles, but he did great! I am also a nervous mess when it comes to getting anything fixed in my teeth. So, when I chipped more than one tooth I freaked out. I knew I needed to get it fixed yet I dreaded getting it fixed. Especially getting numbed. Dr. Huish promised me he wouldnt go nuts on numbing up my whole face and was able to concentrate on just the area he was working on. I didnt feel a thing and wasnt numb all day either. Dr. Huish also just has a fun personality which helped keep my mind off the procedure. The TVs on the ceiling are also a nice touch. In the end, my teeth looked and felt great. I feel like Dr. Huish does a little extra for his patients, rather than cutting corners like others I have been to.

On the web site celebrate dental & braces they show u all the wonderful deals they have for new patient . The web site states that for new patients you get free x-rays, free consultation, free first visit, and free cleaning but when you go that is not the case. They told me that since I have insurance (which on the web site there is NO DISCLAMIER) that I have to pay a fee before they could render services. Normally that would not be a problem BUT the web site clearly states FOR NEW CUSTOMER ONLY and gives a list of services. When I brought it to the attention of the doctor he said that he Is going to have to check the web site and I asked to see the disclaimer and they couldnt show it to me either. Once I got over the fact that I am going to have to pay I paid and then I was getting a breakdown of what I was going to have to pay for on my follow-up visit to get a root canal the doctor started laughing once he realized that if I go back to this place to get my root canal that I am not going to have any more insurance for the rest of the year for me and my wife. I still dont understand why it was so funny. If you have a choice I wouldnt go to this office at all!!!

Dont waste your hard working money on this dental office! The people are friendly and the front desk is informative, that is why I gave it one star. However, the dental cleaning service is horrible! I went for X-rays/exam & cleaning. X-rays was fine. Usual bite down while they snap a picture of your teeth. Now the cleaning... I can definitely say it was rushed! Not only was it rushed but I feel soft teeth (where tar was removed) and rough surfaces (where tar wasnt removed)! In addition, I did not get my teeth flossed nor did I receive mouthwash! After the cleaning was done by the dental assistant, the dentist (Dr. Douglas Duey) came in, told me I have two cavities, scratched off tar and left my mouth as that, without him giving me mouthwash!! The assistant then applied fluoride to my teeth, which would help my sensitive teeth but with no floss and no mouthwash, I was left with a pretty nasty mouth. Further more, I have sensitive gums and not once did the dental assistant nor dentist check my gums, therefore, I did not get a status on how my gums are doing. Bottom line, I paid out of pocket for a service that was not completed and done to standard. DO NOT GO!!

This is my Part 2 of my review. After having a horrible experience with this dental office (check my first review), I went to Culebra Smile & Orthodontics and they are AMAZING! The x-rays, exam and cleaning are way cheaper and they actually do a real dental cleaning and dont try to scam you for your money. Reason I say they scam you is because at my last visit with Celebrate Dental on Marbach, the dentist told me I have 2 cavities which turned out to be a LIE! At my dental visit with Culebra Smiles and Orthodontics, I was given x-rays, an exam and a thorough cleaning! My teeth teeth feel amazing!! I went in thinking I was going to get 2 fillings, turns out I have a clenching and grinding problem; which they fixed by giving me a mouth guard for night time. Dr. Hatfield at Culebra Smiles and Orthodontics showed me on my x-rays exactly what is going on and explained how clenching and grinding me teeth are damaging my teeth. All in all people, DO NOT go to Celebrate Dental unless you want to over pay for horrible dental work and get scammed.
