I dont even want to give this place one star! My 6 month old son was scheduled for his first visit with dentist and assigned to this location through our insurance. Upon arrival the receptionist kindly asked for his insurance card and my ID. After checking us in and stating that it wouldnt be much longer, I sat down with my son. After about an hour waiting the assistant called us back. She sits us in an exam room where we waited for another 30 min as I try to keep a 6 month old entertained. The assistant walks in and sets up the tray with the instruments the dentist needed. The dentist walks in and looks at the tray and YELLS at his assistant that she is missing a particular tool. Poor girl runs out to go get it and without an introduction asks me to lay my son on his lap so he can examine his gum/teeth. My son starts to slip and he sternly tells me to hold him right! The assistant walks back in and places what he needed on the tray. Me thinking that he was going to use at least ONE thing on the tray, he rubs his fingers around my sons gums and tells me to pick him back up. After all that time waiting, him yelling at his assistant and being as rude as he was to me, all just for him to rub his fingers across his gums. I pick up my son and he tells me to come back when he is 9 months! He didnt explain anything else and walked out of the room. I had questions and left with no answers! Before I left, I asked the assistant if this rude gentlemen was the only dentist in the whole office and she said yes! So I do not know the dentists name because he failed to give it to me when he walked in the room in the rush that he was! I will NOT be returning for his follow up, I am more than sure that there are better dentist out there!

If I could give no stars I would. From the rude front desk lady to the oral surgeon who was in too much in a rush, this was the worst dentist appointment of my life. I went here on 04/26 to have all 4 of my wisdom teeth out. My appointment was at 1 pm. I got a phone call asking if I could come in early since they had a spot open sooner and of course I went. So I got there and my husband and I are working out the payment and the front desk people starting rushing us and being rude about it saying the dental surgeon was going to miss his flight (apparently he only Flys in once a month.) In my head Im thinking about how my appointment was at 1pm and why in the world would he book a flight close to that time, but we tried to hurry. I finally get back in the chair and the guy starts shoving needles in my mouth to numb me and he was being kind of short but still nice enough. But when it came to the actual extraction things changed. I started to have a panic attack due to all the drilling and preassure and started to shake. This guy (I wish I could remember his name) grabbed either side of my head and yelled at me to stop shaking. Like I could control it. I think the whole extraction of all four wisdom teeth took maybe 10 minutes and alot of trauma. All because he booked a early flight without thinking of his appointments. I will never come here again.

Do NOT go to this dentist its a scam! I went and they took X-rays and measured my pockets and said I needed deep cleaning which would cost me $$$ over insurance for a visit every 3 months. I looked it up online and saw that a regular cleaning can fix pockets at a 4 level. I discussed this with them and they made up some story about how thats what their dentist recommends so I need to move forward with the treatment. I showed up for treatment and they numbed my entire mouth (more $$$) and gave me a regular cleaning (Ive had a deep cleaning before and they didnt use deep cleaning tools/machine). I got fed up and knew this was a scam so I posted a message on Nextdoor asking for recommendations and switched dentists. Today I have 3 cavities that need fillings and theyre cavities in between my teeth that dont just pop up overnight. So not only did Smile Workshop scam me with crap I didnt need they didnt even treat the cavities that needed treatment! They also told me hey wanted to replace some of my fillings and this dentist said my fillings are fine. Just dont go to these dental chains! Theyre all scams out to take your money!

WORST Experience Ever!!.especially the doctor or DENTIST that looks like the JIGGS SAW KILLER!!".haha!"..said that medicate isnt going to pay for my sons braces!"..Ha!!".well see about that stupid old Mf!!. My son has had oral surgery thats I pushed for him to get. AND I can push for MCNA to pay for him to get the chain and braces in his mouth..Well You already know im going to post a picture of my sons braces on here as soon as MCNA APPROVES of that and if your telling all moms the same thing your telling me that medicate wont pay for braces.. Im going to PROVE YOU WRONG JIG SAW KILLER Look alike. RUDE AS DOCTOR..

Smile Workshop dentistry is an awesome dentistry since they do all around work! I go for my 6 month cleanings along with my ortho treatments. Ive come a long way with my braces thanks too smile workshop! There team is so welcoming from the front desk to the dental assistants down to the dentist himself... Dr. Kral always answers any questions I have when it comes to my treatment. The atmosphere is something I enjoy the most along with the staff. They do what they can to make sure your taken care of before you walk out the door! Thanks everyone! ... cant wait to get my braces off! :-)

I came here for braces and happy with all work done by Dr. Kral and the results i have. Staff was nice and also always helpful. The entire staff is great! Consultations are free ask for Rob and he will assist you in whats best. I just got braces removed and couldnt be happier. This is the place to go for any dental work recommend to anyone out there needing any ortho work or dental work done

I wasnt allowed to go with my son to get his fillings. When my son came out, he told me the Dentist was very rude to him and yelled at him. The assistant didnt tell my anything about the procedure. Was not happy with the service. The front staff is friendly but cant say the same for the Dentist and his male assistant! Will definitely be changing locations.

Been going here for a few years now. The whole office has been wonderful. Had an emergency appointment due to our dog earing my daughters retainer. They fit us in and what would normally take a while they got done quick due to my daughter freaking out about her teeth moving. Thank you all for putting up with her drama!

Been going to this office since April 2015 and I love it! I would highly recommend, very friendly staff! Rob in the back is awesome! The amount of help he is willing to provide goes above and beyond! Very happy with the office! I would rate a 10 if I could!
