First let me say that I hate going to the dentist! However, Dr. Paz and his amazing staff changed my whole outlook towards the dentistry field. You are greeted at the front desk with a friendly smile and by name. The waiting area is very comfortable and peaceful. Here comes the dental hygenist with a friendly smile to clean my teeth. She gave me great information about mouth/teeth/tongue care and flossing. Now comes the dental assistant followed by the dentist himself, Dr. Paz! I was getting two caps done but the numbing medicine was not working and I believe my pressure was up. I had to go home. Ugh! The next visit they were so patient with me and after a full dose of numbing medicine we were ready to start. Listen, Ive been to other dentist and there would be tears rolling down my face and they just kept going. But during the drilling process Dr. Paz would stop to see if I was okay. Yippe, all done! One more day to install the caps and Ill be completely done. My entire experience was amazing from day one and the entire staff was very caring and friendly! Dont take my word. Make an appointment and see for yourself!

There is so many words I can use to describe my experience with Dr. Paz and his amazing staff. It Ill try to keep it short. Moving from Mississippi to SAN Antonio my goal was to find a dentist who welcome me with warm arms and I must say Dr. Paz and his staff have won my heart over. They are the most friendly, outgoing people Ive ever met. They dont see u as a patient but they see u as family. I love how they just have a personal relationship with me. I can always count on them to keep me up to date with my appointments. Knowing that he have a busy schedule he make time for you, and I admire how he take his time when hes cleaning your teeth. Some dentist Ive went to in the past would just rush through the procedure but not my Dr. Paz He will always remain my dentist no matter where I move to. Ill pass the word to any and everybody that hes your go to dentist. If u want an extended family, great customer services, a quiet and clean atmosphere check out his practice. I promise youll leave smiling.

While reviewing my x-rays and records sent from my previous dentist, Dr. Paz caught a problem that my former dentist had missed. Because this problem had been overlooked, I needed extensive treatment, including an implant. Dr. Paz discussed this with my former dentist and convinced him to cover the cost of my treatment. I am so grateful that Dr. Paz discovered this problem and went to bat for me. He is a highly skilled dentist, and also an extremely ethical person. He also is gentle in his treatment. Dr. Paz is the only dentist with whom I felt no discomfort when the numbing agent was being injected. He takes plenty of time to thoroughly explain treatment needs and answer questions. His staff are warm and welcoming. His office is attractive, with a lovely courtyard that can be seen from most rooms. One does not often hear that a visit to the dentist is a pleasant experience, but that is the case at the office of Dr. Paz. To anyone looking for a dentist, I would highly recommend Dr. Jeff Paz.

My husband and I recently moved back to the San Antonio, TX area. We are so fortunate to have been referred to Dr. Paz by an acquaintance neighbor of ours at Del Webb. The moment I walked in I felt such a warm embrace by the receptionist. Then the Hygienist approached and had the same wonderful demeanor! She gave me the BEST cleaning and review of my oral health. The topper was when Dr. Paz entered the room. Obviously leading the staff, he too seemed more concerned about my needs and questions and took the time to patiently answer them in a caring a thoughtful manner. Even the billing professional was on top of her game and super efficient! I am pretty particular about dental care and have very high expections of the type of customer service and bedside manner I receive, as I am a retired Healthcare Administrator. Dr. Paz and his staff far surpassed my needs. Thank you for the best dental experience ever!

Based on a personal recommendation, I visited Dr. Pazs practice as a new patient and was greeted by a very friendly receptionist. I was then escorted back to get x-rays and cleaning. The hygienist did an excellent job cleaning my teeth and explaining dental health and procedures for proper flossing and brushing. Dr. Paz came in and did a thorough examination and recommended I get a new composite filling to replace an old filling that was discolored. I came back two days later to get the procedure done and I am thoroughly pleased with the results. Dr. Paz was very professional and explained everything in detail. Although I have experienced some anxiety with previous dental procedures, Dr. Paz put me at ease throughout the procedure, even during the numbing process. I would highly recommend Dr. Paz to anyone needing dental treatment. I will definitely be back when I need future dental treatment.

Outstanding experience in every measure - wow!!! Everyone needs a dentist from time to time, and there are lots of potential dentists available through boards on the web. So far, Id found two types...those who didnt listen to what I needed and kept urging me to get more work done that I actually needed, and those who did listen, but rushed me in and out. Both charge like they really are competent. Dr. Jeff Paz is the rare third type...an honest professional who knows what you want him to know and cares about you personally. He diagnosed my problem, explained it in sincere human-speak and gave me a couple of alternate paths, then completed the procedure in short order. He made me laugh, and let me look and take pictures along the way haha. He educated me every step of the way. My mouth feels better than ever before. I found my dentist.

After Dr Morin announced he was selling his practice, I was a little concerned about the young dentist who was taking over. My family and I have been with Dr. Morin for over 13 years. Dr Morin saved my sons tooth when he was in Jr High. Dr Morin and his wife were like family. Well, I recently had my first visit with Dr Paz, and true to his word, Dr. Morin found someone like himself to entrust his clients to. Thanks Dr Morin and thanks Dr Paz for taking the time to get to know me and my family so we can continue the great relationship weve enjoyed for over 13 years. Dr Paz has even brought in his mom who is another nice touch.

Jane was knowledgable on the phone while helping navigate through a new insurance company and did all the leg work for me. She even remembered me when I came into the office a few days later. Jackie was super sweet, professional and gave lots of helpful hints and hands on teaching. She was an expert with the cleaning tools, explained everything before she did it and kept a smile in her voice the whole time. Dr. Paz was amazing too and spent as much time as I needed with him. I made appointments for the rest of the family because we have found our new dental office after our move.
