I had braces put on for the first time as an adult and when i came in on a Saturday, i got set up w braces, but in the process, i overheard conversation between the orthodontist and her asistants that were highly unprofessional in front of a client. The assistant who was doing my teeth stated that he was running late for a hair appointment and need to leave in the next 30 minutes. the orthodontist, hs boss, asked him if he wanted to do it. He said he wanted to do it but he is going to run late to his hair appointment. So he continued w putting in the gold brackets. then the orthodonist glanced over and said, "You put in a 3, its suppose to be a 4. Why did u do this?" he said,he didnt klnow any better and wasnt taught properly. And the orthodontist said,"great, we just wasted a bunch of 3s" Then started to rush, and said, "im tring to get this done as soon as I can." It took him 5 minutes to put on my braces and he shooed me out. Upon driving off, i notice the metal wire wasnt pulled or trimmed on my bottom. So I have an exposed half inch of wire jabbing into my mouth causing bleading and canker sore. I had to be absent for work for two days due to the pain. until the professionalism and proper trainign happens, dont come here.

This is the worst dental and orthodontist office that I have EVER encountered in my entire life. I wish that I would of read the reviews prior to stepping foot in this office. I brought my teen daughter here for braces and it has been nothing short of a joke the entire process. If I could remove her braces and start over and get out of my stupid contract I would. This place and all of its staff are a complete joke! I have even made claims with corporate and the grievance department and still havent gotten anywhere. They were to bill my insurance for 6 months now, and it wasnt until I made a claim at the grievance department did insurance finally get billed. Dont waste your time or energy with the business - anywhere. The staff and the dentists/ortho are all in training and no one knows what they are doing. The wait times are hours on end and no one is there to help or even offer anything. We have had to reschedule so many times due to errors on their end, and basically had appts that didnt do anything other than change the color of some bands and then sent on her way. Waste of time. Cant wait till the contract is up and I can go somewhere else.

I went in to have some teeth that were causing me alot of pain removed. Simple enough, until the dentist "suggest" that I have bone graft replacement done, to insure bone will grow back from where the teeth would be pulled. I was never told before the procedure that the Bone Graft would not be covered by my insurance(400$ a tooth). I was in a rush and feel like i was taken advantage of, very shady feeling. When i spoke to the supervisor at the office i was told that i signed a paper BEFORE the procedure that showed the itemized cost of everything that would be done. I know for a fact (My budget) that i would not have authorized them to do the bone grafting on me if i had known the price before hand. Overall i feel violated, i dont want to waste money on a lawyer and i have to pay the bill because they are charging interest and threatining to send negative information to credit companies.

Do yourself a favor....DO NOT GO HERE!!! The office staff doesnt know their right hand from their left. Very disorganized and incompetent and truly gives one the impression that they couldnt care less about you. Their main concern is that they are there putting in their required time so that they can collect a paycheck and nothing more. They did not call to let me know that a procedure had been approved by my insurance after saying they would which delayed treatment even further. Two times in a row they scheduled an appointment only to tell me after I showed up that they had dropped the ball and were "sorry" but they couldnt see me (after confirming the appointments the day before). Utterly pathetic!!!

All my life I avoided any dental visits because I was always scared of the process. However, this time I had no other choice but to go because my dental problems grew bigger and so did my fear because not only I was scared of the dentist but also I dont know the language so I thought it would be very difficult understanding the doctor. However, they happened to have a dental assistant named Taguhi Avetisyan who spoke my language. She did a wonderful job at translating and actually explaining what needs to be done. I really appreciate what she did for me.

This is the most unprofessional office!! I had to struggle to make a an appointment to get my braces off three times after the secretaries would continuously make mistakes or claim that the orthodontist wasnt in to take them off. I have watched this place send away customers multiple times because of constant inconsistencies. Another issue is that the secretaries constantly lose,forget or discard information that appointments either dont get put in or completely discarded. I highly recommend not coming here unless you want to waste your time and money!

I have been a patient of Western Dentals for quite sometime and I have no complaints whatsoever. The customer service is quite amazing compared to may other dental offices with no wait time. Allowing the workers to get ones chart ready is done at every office and that requires some time but never a long wait. Taguhi and Yerana, the ladies that took my X-Rays, are both very friendly and very professional. Thank you western dental for the never ending great service.

People, who never been in this low quality office. Plz, make a favor to yourself, never come there. Their customer service is lack of common sense, everything is messed up there. They dont know anything about such things as a responsibility, keeping patients private information PRIVATE, respect to customers. Its disgusting that one of their females is smoking person, and you have to inhale this "pleasant " parfume.

Very bad customer service they act like they own you and disrespect you, I am very sorry I started my treatment here. They lost my Insurance information several week later they still apologizing for it then they never sent a request to my I insurance. Do not go here they will make Your life worst. They only care about making their salary and you mean nothing to them, they only want your money that is it.

I had an amazing experience with this place even though I truly hate the dentist. Getting an x ray is one of the reasons why. However, I was very lucky to have Taguhi Avetisyan getting my x ray done because she dealed with all my caprices, didnt give up on me and was very very very patient with me. I really appreciate this kind of behavior coming from the dental assistant.

I have had terrible experiences at the dentist from a kid to adulthood. And I must say that this was the most enjoyable visit ever!!! I made a point to personally meet the ladies Markita, Rose, Malaya, Monica, Dr.Chen, Kadriyah, Yerana...you ladies are awesome and I look forward to getting work done there...thanks
