When I was younger in my high school years I was always embarrass of my smile. I always felt insecure when talking to other people, I used to cover my smile with a notebook or my hand, I wanted that to change. One day I decided to change my smile. I was reading the news paper one day and I saw an advertisement about River Valley Orthodontics, I doubt about it at first, but something in me was telling me to go for it. I went in there and I met Doctor Ward. Great human being very professional. After talking about my smile Doctor Ward understood my frustration and my background. It was then, that I decided to move on with the treatment. The journey was hard but along the way I met new people, I met professionals, I met my family. Every visit was pure joy, every appointment was pure excitement, and every step that I took for those 2 years on my way to that perfect smile, Doctor Ward took with me. River Valley orthodontics changed my life, let it change yours too. My name is David Hernandez, I am 23 years old and I love my smile.

Lets be real braces can really suck, but Dr. Ward and his staff are SO good! The Dental Assistants are efficient and super friendly! Dr. Ward is ALWAYS in a good mood, no but really Ive had braces for over a year and Ive never seen him grumpy! He takes time to answer any questions you have, and you can tell he really cares about his patients and the care he provides for them. The office is equipped with state of the art equipment, and I feel like Dr.Ward is always looking for ways to improve the patients experience. Dr. Ward also volunteers in the community, my sons preschool class went to River Valley Orthontics for a class trip and my son still talks about all the fun he had there. I would and do recommend River Valley Orthodontics to anyone and everyone I meet!

Thank you so much to Dr.Ward and my awesome co-workers for my amazing new smile! I am so pleased with my experience throughout my whole orthodontic treatment. I see Dr. Ward every workday really care for his patients.. He truly wants the best for his patients. He treats all of his patients as if they were his own family. He is very detailed orientated, and will give you only the best smile! The staff is so friendly, nice and caring.. They will help you with any questions you may have. They are very gentle when it comes to adjusting your braces. For me and other patients they are like a second family! River Valley Orthodontics had been a great experience. We lived in Burley when my wife started her journey. We moved to Logan, Utah about 6 months into her treatment. We loved Dr. Ward and the rest of the office so much that we kept them. After my wife got her braces off I started to see the imperfections in my smile and decided I would get braces through Dr. Ward. The two hour drive is still worth it as everyone is so much fun in that office. Everyone there knows you by name and always has a smile on their face. I would recommend Dr. Ward to everyone!

I recently had braces and River Valley Orthodontics made it a fun experience. Fun and braces dont usually appear in the same sentence, but there you go. Dr. Ward is always happy and makes coming in pleasant. His front secretaries are fabulous. My kids love him, even the ones without braces. My youngest boy loved his preschool trip there and cried profusely when his sister lost the toothbrush Dr. Ward gave him. I especially love the iPads for the kids. I know my boys will be occupied when I step in for a checkup and I dont need to worry about them.

I have been acquainted with Dr. Ward and his staff for several years. The more I visit the more they feel like family. Dr. Ward always explains what he is doing and what he wants to accomplish. I appreciate the time he takes to get to know a patient and what their goals are. Staff at the front desk are easy to work with and assistants are always willing to take the time to make sure everything is done correctly. I always leave feeling cheerful and satisfied. Dr. Ward and his awesomely awesome staff are the best. We love them and cannot recommend them highly enough. He is a brilliant orthodontist and his staff are incredibly talented. They are family friendly and do everything they can to accommodate busy schedules. They have gone above and beyond to help one of my sons prepare for a cleft palate repair surgery. I have been with River Valley Orthodontics for several years. When you walk in you are treated like family. They let you know exactly what they are doing and are very experienced with kids and puts them at ease. All 3 of my kids go to him and look forward to it every time they have an appointment. The office is always clean and decorated for that time of the season. they have always gone above and beyond to make sure your satisfied, and happy. The staff is always friendly and willing to help you out.

Doctor Ward is so kind and generous. I love going to the office and i love the staff, they are always to friendly, fun, and like family. The Frozen Yogurt is AMAZING! This is my second round of braces... Wear you retainer!!!!! Thank goodness Dr. Ward is willing to make my teeth beautiful again for the second time. Crystal, Jayne, Justene, and Renee are especially my favorites always smiling and cracking jokes making it a fun and happy atmosphere. Overall LOVE LOVE LOVE this office!!
