Came here a year ago and was too upset to even remember to write a bad reveiw, this place is great if you want to be demeaned and ripped off, I came for a consult to get composite bonding on some teeth i want to add length to. I brought my mother for moral suporrt and find some pricing that she would help me finance, they treated the consult as if i was 12, talked to my mother the entire time instead of me about solutions for my teeth, i came in doing research on what i wanted which was bonding.... Not veneers or anything to straighten my already straight teeth. The main older "gentleman" dentist told me there wasnt much wrong with my smile except for my ugly nose ring and continued to tell me that he doesnt understand "millenials" and their style. After taking x rays he told me that invisalign would be the best option for me and i continued to tell him what other dentists told me- my teeth being straight is NOT the issue. Then he went on to show me the rediculous price of veneers that i said i didnt want in the first place and then i asked him if he did bonding and he said " yeah but thats not what you want...." annoyed i decided to just leave. They would not listen to me and kept shoving huge numbers and info in my face that i specifically said i was not interested in. I would never trust this place with my teeth. Never coming back.

The new front staff can never tell what your billing actually is so you can pay the day of. We brought our 8 year old in for a filling and she was nervous. Instead of sitting down and explaining the process to her to try to ease her worries, Dr. Bischoff instantly just said he wouldnt do it and referred her elsewhere. It seemed as though it was too inconvenient to try to ease her worries. I definitely would never ever recommend this office for pediatric dentistry. It was a huge waste of our time and honestly what does that say to her? Its too scary and Ill just send you somewhere else. Shes 8, theres bound to be some nervousness whenever coming in for a filling. Being patient and considerate with those patients is important just the same as older ones too. After this appointment we will be taking our families dentistry elsewhere. This office seems to have changed a lot since we started here and has become very disorganized as well.

I feel so lucky to have discovered this hidden gem in Peoria! I live in San Francisco, and often travel to Phoenix for work. Before stepping on the plane I cracked my tooth eating an apple! I went online and after reviewing a number of dentistry practices - called Dr. Bischoff based on the reviews and the technology available in their onsite lab. They scheduled an appointment for me at 7:30am the next morning - and it was perfect - professional, great listeners, state-of-the-art - AND they custom made a crown for me in minutes. With the extra time they took pictures of all my teeth and I will now go back on my next visit for another follow-up. Ive told all my co-workers about Dr. Bischoff and his excellent team - and I am switching my dentist from a downtown San Francisco location to Peoria - hes that good! And caring.

I went in for my first appointment in terrible pain in December and had already used up my insurance for the year and couldnt afford to get a root canal done out of pocket. I went in wanting to get the tooth that hurts done and to set up a payment plan and the dentist said no wait until January when my deductible renews and that they dont do payment plans for people. He wrote me a prescription for an infection and I asked what I was supposed to do about the pain for the next month and he said they get rid of the pain by treating the tooth and wouldnt give me medicine to help with it meantime. He was very rude and totally didnt help me- Ill find a dentist office that cares enough about my pain that will either treat the tooth and set up a payment plan with me or at least give me medicine if I have to wait.

The front desk staff is amazingly friend and carrying, but that is where my comfort ended at Bischoff dentistry Dental assistant took great care of me, but after getting x-rays, and photos from another very polite hygienist; that is where the feeling of being cared about ended. The doctor came in, and without introducing himself started berating my oral health exclaiming "Im sure there are more cavities here, but i cant see them" then proceeded to stick his fingers and hands in my mouth, without even so much as introducing himself(both hygienists did), after probing for a bit, he left without saying much more and i was presented a 700 dollar bill and escorted out. Unless you have great teeth, and have had a regular cleaning, id go to literally any other dentist anywhere.

Dr. Bischoff and is staff are AMAZING! I have been going to Dr. Bischoff for about 3 years now. I have had horrible past experiences with various dentist. In a short time, he gained my trust which I thought was impossible to do. He is professional, friendly and very easy to trust. Dr. Bischoff did invisalign for me, he has filled cavities, replaced a crown from a previous dentist who did it incorrectly, two composites and more. I have recommended several of my friends and family to him. If there were a million stars, I would have checked everyone. I drive about 30 miles to Dr. Bischoff, and it is worth it. I never have to worry about "mess-ups" he is the best!

Ive been going to Dr. Bischoff for several years now. He and his wonderful staff are by far my favorite dental provider Ive ever had. Ive never had to wait for my appointment, the office is always immaculate. The staff are personable, friendly and just absolutely fun to be around. They always make you feel at home. I recently brought my daughter to them for her first ever dentist visit and they made her feel great. They put her at ease and made her laugh and did a great job. She looks forward to going to the dentist now and honestly so do I because they make it such an enjoyable experience. I cant recommend them enough!

I am so glad I started going to Bischoff for my dental appointments. The difference between his staff and the previous dentist I was seeing is night and day. They all really care about you as a person and remember things from appointment to appointment. They explain everything they are doing and are not out for money. My previous dentist wanted to fill 4 cavities, and my brother told me to go to Bischoff for a second opinion. I was able to avoid getting fillings because Bischoff prescribed a fluoride toothpaste and solved the problem.He is honest, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. I highly recommend going here!

These guys are rude on the phone and they definitely didnt work with my schedule. They randomly called at like 9am and woke me up just to tell me a time that was hardly negotiable. After this visit, Ill be sure to grab my records and run away to a dentist that isnt impossible to work with! Wouldve been no stars if that was possible! Oh, and after getting one last filling done, the filling keeps detaching from my tooth, this will be the 3rd time "Dr. Bishoff" has to redue it because he just cant seem to do even a filling correctly let alone have anywhere close to adequate customer service.
