II also disagree with the first review (cnvs0428) and am more in line with the second review (Kidd). I found the practice to be very responsive. When I finally needed to go to the clinic, on a Saturday no-less, I was able to book Dr. Dyhianto myself (my wife had already been there with Dr. Elhajj) just a couple of hours from when I called. The check-in process was fast and I saw the doctor shortly after I got there. Dr. Dyhianto was efficient and competent. I was so impressed, I moved from my normal doctors at Northwest Diagnostics to this practice. The main reason was with the high volume clinics like Northwest Diagnostics, you were lucky to talk to the doctor for 5 minutes a year. It was always, here is the list of 20 tests we will do, here are your refills, and "see you next year". I also usually did not get called back about my test results unless something major wrong. This clinic ordered a minimum number of tests and called me back with what turned about to be near normal results. This practice has already diagnosed our chronic coughs we got this winter, treated them to success, and identified other health related things to monitor going forward. I am switching to these smaller "start-up" type clinics because the doctors are in the process of building their practices and they are really working hard to make a difference for their patients. Great customer service from the nurses and staff too!

The front desk people is very rude, impatient, and absolutely not suitable for working with people. They put on hold on the phone, never get back. First time I visit, I have an emergency and I need to pay out of pocket first because it is on the weekend and my insurance is closed so they cant checked my insurance. The front people guarantee me that I will be fully covered by my insurance and they said they will take care of it, so I decided to pay out of pocket, but in 2 months there is no result. I have been calling them several times, at the end they told me that my insurance wont covered anything. But when I called my insurance they told me they cover for the service I had there. Very horrible! I need to call here and there to get my money. One lady named SUSAN who taking care of the billing, she is very rude and horrible, she is very impatient, talk very impolitely when I ask about the insurance. Also, on the phone, the voicemail said the billing department will call back within 48 hours, they never call me back, and also they said the billing department open 8-5 M-F but, I call several times and I caught a few times she is not in the office anymore around 2pm. I just had a very horrible situation where my money stuck with them for over 3 months now... and still in process....

I am not happy with my visit. I made my appointment for a bad cough and chest pains as well as back pain issues. I made an appointment for 8am and arrived 5 minutes early to wait more than 30 minutes. Then once brought in was seen in a short time. After being lectured about pain med abuse and denied meds even though I had MRI and other Doctor notes, I was told I was obese due to some bogus BMI chart. I am 6 foot tall and 224lb fully dressed with boots, phone, jacket, keys, wallet, etc. I am not obese, but could lose about 10-15 pounds. The part of this that is bothersome is they coded my chart with diagnosing obesity and attempting to bill my insurance for this. I would call this insurance fraud and very unprofessional, since I believe any experienced Doctor can tell someone with a heavy bone mass and someone obese. And after talking with other friends this is common practice. Watch your weight before going here.

CHECK YOUR BILLS!!! Bottom line is they charged me a specialist co-pay rate instead of regular pcp and blamed it on the insurance company (who deny responsibility). Now surely you know if your doctor is a pcp or a specialist so even if the insurance company made a mistake, should they just go ahead and bill me an extra 25 dollar co-pay when they know full well the doctor is no specialist??? They also submitted a claim which included reviewing colonoscopy results which is impossible since I never had any such procedure done with them nor did I send results to them for review. They did not give me an explanation for this. Furthermore, initially I went to the doctor for an Xray referral and when my results came in, some assistant called me and gave me the bare minimum information. She was unable to answer any of my questions. Just feels like ethics might be an issue here!

The front office of this place is absolutely horrible. The Doctor seems OK. They have no manners, will put you on hold without telling you, never follow through on turning in subscriptions, have called in the wrong superscription. I was forwarded twice to the Memorial hospital to draw blood because they could not do it.... Simple normal procedure. I have never written a complaint before in my life, but I am absolutely tired this places lack of customer service. I am getting a new doctor, and have recommended to my whole family to reconsider our change to this "convenient location." We just relocated to the area, and it is far car from professionalism I have experienced in Houston and woodlands. OK is just not good enough when dealing with my health especially when the experience itself is bad.

The first couple of times I have been to this office it was a good experience. However, I have been trying to get a medication refilled for a week now. I have called about 3 times and left messages. I received one phone call back saying that they were going to refill my prescription, that was a week ago yesterday. I still do not have it and cannot get anyone to call me back. I have been on this medication for 2 years and NEVER had a problem with my other doctors office. The staff at this office is very unprofessional and do not follow up. I tried to save time by transferring my records here after my doctor moved. Looks like I will definitely drive the extra miles to see my old doctor again. I would not recommend anyone to this office.

The doctor is good....if you actually get an appointment with a doctor and not a PA, and even if you make an appointment with the Doctor it will probably be changed without notice to see a PA. And that is where the good stops, the place is run horribly. They never call back, then when you call they say they did and you didnt answer. I called twice to ask for a prescription refill needed before my appointment, and when I called to follow up, they told me they couldnt without me coming in. Turns out, that even after me spelling out the name of the medicine on the phone, they had the prescription wrong. This place is being run by incompetent recent grads who do not care about the customer service and lack any sense of professionalism.

I have seen the bad reviews and almost didnt go because of them ,but I tried anyways ,I was in the waiting room only 20 mins thats with filling out my paperwork ,the lady at the desk was nice to me and not rude like the other reviews said ,but to tell the truth I wouldnt care if they were im there to see a doctor not them ,I went in and the helper was quite nice to me took my info and vitals ,in about 5 min doctor D, came in spoke to me about my problem he was very nice and seemed to be helpful with my concerns ,he gave me my script and shook my hand and I was out of there and im feeling much better today ,so I would say for a doctor visit it was quite nice , thanks for the help doctor d ,
