The worst experience weve ever had with any company. Ever. Of the 14 weeks our insurance covered for in-home nursing, A Brightstar Care nurse actually showed up seven of those weeks. The other seven weeks were last minute no-shows, the final week being the first 70 degree day of the year in mid-February. A secretary called 5 minutes before the nurse was supposed to arrive, letting us know they could not come to our home. Even scarier, Brightstar was asking ME after this 14 week nightmare, for the dates the nurse was there and had no idea THEIR nurse was administering shots to our daughter. We found Brightstar employees to be rude, non-caring and genuinely incompetent when it came to the care of our daughter. The irony is, we only needed them for four hours a week. Four hours. Thats it. We cannot imagine the living hell our life would have been had we needed to rely on them for anything more than that. Proceed at your own risk.

my mother-in law uses them every day she said, that she really like the staff that help her she would like it if they were the only ones she dealt with. one of her nurses actually calls all the time just to check on her. she would refer them to anyone who needs health care in their home.

Theyre very unprofessional and dont know how to to treat theyre employees, since Ive worked there theyve messed up on my check twice and in the end Im the one taking a loss! Dont work for them if you really dont have to!
