Waited a few min shy of 2 hours with only 3 people ahead of us. This is unacceptable. We are still here waiting. After waiting over 2 1/2 I called the number and got a man who put me on hold. The hold time is usually like commercials about services and products of the company you are calling. The lady comes on and said (in a deep sexy voice like Elvira) "Want to talk to exciting women press one. If you want to talk to exciting men press 2. You can talk to exciting men right here on the phone....." OMG REALL?!! Then the person who put me on hold hung up on me.
