I thought it was great.. Till the assistant wrote down the wrong teeth. At last minute, he goes "oh wait you have the wrong teeth.. Its suppose to be.." then the whole time Im getting three fill ins. The assistant is talking to the dentist like.. "So what are you doing this weekend?" " Im drinking.." & talking about drunk driving and what not.. & when she kept doing water spraying the water in my mouth, she almost drowned me three times. Well whatever to all that recently I had those three fill ins on that side, & two on the other.. I cant eat on the side with the three. At all... My right side is throbbing.. Its starting to be where I cant eat on that side either.. I have to go back and hope for things to be fixed :/

I only had one day before I had to relocate to another state. After making an appointment for the same day to get a small cavity fixed as a new patient. The doctor took an X-Ray and said that she would schedule another apointment to fix it because I wasnt in serious pain and they were busy. They charged me $100 usd and didnt get anything fixed. My advise...go elsewhere.

Just had 6 MO cleaning done. Dentist came in to check my teeth and then started telling me he recommended that I needed a sleep study done! They just happened to have the equipment for an overnight study. I would just need to make an appointment for training to use this equipment before taking it home Blah, blah...felt very uncomfortable will not be back.

Just left this office for a simple extraction. Dr Gibas "attempted" this simple procedure but it resulted in an hour of grinding and cutting and pure misery. It cost me $200 instead of the customary $100. Either he is too weak to actually pull a tooth or he is engaged in making a simple procedure "complicated" so he can charge you double !!

Just went for a simple six month cleaning/check up and the dental assistance who clean my teeth did such a sloppy job, would not recommend at all. My teeth were not properly flossed as taught by my previous dentist. Left four of my gums bleeding quite a bit.

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Birch recently! I was nervous about the dental work that I knew had to be done. Dr. Birch put me at ease, was gentle and efficient. I would highly recommend her to anyone wanting a better dental experience!
