Ive spent a lot of time and money at this dentist because I made the mistake of choosing an insurance plan that only provides any coverage if I go to Bright Now Dental. Ive had an incredible amount of grief and pain going there. I must admit that I did have several cavities and I know dental work can be extremely varied from the materials and methods that are used, but despite the many things I told myself to excuse Bright Now Dental from the grievances they caused me, I honestly believe I shouldve seen it for what it was and ran when I very first got that questionable feeling in my gut. They are not a quality, or safe place to spend so much of your valuable time and money end up having ruined teeth. It is especially frustrating because your teeth play such a huge roll in your livelihood. Since I began visiting Bright Now Dental, Ive had the same filling fall out three times, a bloody nose from the anesthetic being administered incorrectly, my bite adjusted incorrectly several times, come upon the need to purchase a dental guard to sleep at night without pain, an extreme increase in a painful sensitivity to hot and cold food, inability to floss due to incorrectly shaped tooth contacts, continuous pain weeks after the dentist said the trauma and nerve damage should have healed, charged more than once for the same filling (and not the one they redid three times), and so many more circumstances of set backs, pain, and frustration. The equipment they have is not up to date and not always in the cleanest or most ideal conditions. I feel sorry for the staff because they are very kind and friendly, but the company does not put the needed resources into providing quality dental work. After 5 visits of trying and painfully failing to get the work I needed done correctly and still having issues, I ended up having to find a different dentist and continue to pay out of pocket to fix what Bright Now Dental couldnt do. And until I finish getting fixed the issues that Bright Now Dental created, I am in a frustrating amount of pain and only able eat small amounts of very soft food. I have to make compromises for my finances and my health until I can re-enroll for a new insurance plan where I will surely learn from my mistake and find a plan that allows me to see a decent dentist because it is heart breaking how horribly Bright Now Dental has affected my health and my budget. Please, for the love of all that is good, do not get work done by Bright Now Dental.

I went in to Bright Now because I was having a tooth ache. They took x-rays of the tooth and the dentist told me I needed an extraction or a root canal. They told me typically a root canal would have to be performed by their traveling "specialist" but they were going to check with another regular dentist to see if he could do it. I told them I wanted to speak to my husband and that Id call to schedule an appointment. When I followed up with them the next day I asked them if I needed to meet with the dentist who would be performing the procedure or if I needed to do anything in preparation for the procedure. They told me they talked to the other regular dentist and he said he can "probably do it" and that all I need to do is show up the day of the procedure. Ugh... He can "probably" do it? And let me get this straight, I have an infected tooth with surrounding inflamed tissue and I dont need to address that infection with antibiotics or the inflammation with an anti-inflammatory prior to digging in with a major procedure???? Needless to say, after reading reviews about Bright Now over charging or recommending services that arent necessary, I went to another dentist to get a second opinion. The second dentist did recommend a root canal, but she was mortified that they didnt have me meet with the dentist who could "probably" do the procedure and that they didnt put me on antibiotics and an anti-inflammatory and just wanted me to show up. She (the second dentist) gave me a prescription for a week of antibiotics and an anti-inflammatory and told me regardless of which dentist I went with she wanted me to take them to ensure the infection and inflammation was calmed down prior to me getting the root canal procedure done. Needless to say, I went with the second dentist to get the root canal done. I should also note that I found it highly suspicious that Bright Now requires patients to sign an agreement to utilize arbitration in lieu of litigation for any malpractice claim, thereby signing away their right to bring a court action for malpractice. This is not standard practice and is shady at best!

Please, never go here. My wife came to Bright Now Dental to get her cavities fixed and what we came away with was a potential lawsuit. My wife went to bright now two separate times. Both times she came home in excruciating pain that lasts even now. She tried telling herself that she should just trust her dentist through it all, as shes the type of person who inately sees the good in people, and but this proved to be more than a mistake. The paragraph on damage comes later. So what did we do? We went to a dentist we trust, quite a ways away from where we live now, and paid out of pocket to get at least the major parts of the damage fixed. Heres what our trusted dentist said (paraphrased, as I didnt write it down or anything): -I dont like to speak poorly of other dentists.. but in the two decades Ive been working as a dentist, I have never seen work something like this- Our trusted dentist apologized profusely for the bad work she didnt even do. Then later on we overheard her talking to a coworker about it. She said something like the following: -I dont know how that dentist passed her board exam- Our trusted dentist was so appalled at the work of Bright Now Dental, she told us during our visit today that she is going to call them about the matter. As verified by our dentist, The Bright Now Dental dentist: -Drilled teeth that didnt need to be -Destroyed enamel in several areas of her mouth -Didnt properly seel a single filling (makes sense since they all fell out soon after each appointment) -And didnt properly level a single filling with its corresponding tooth, which cut up my wifes tongue when she ate and disallowed her from being able to properly floss. Theres so much more to this, the list goes on. I cant say enough how much time and money Bright Now Dental has cost us. I hope our roughly $1000 dollar mistake saves you money. Avoid Bright Now Dental.

I recently had all 4 of my wisdom teeth extracted, they were all tissue impacted. The procedure went decent I guess, when I was on my way home that day (high from the anesthesia) I noticed that my prescription for pain meds was wrong. I am allergic the the meds they prescribed me, even though it is noted in my charts. I was told prior to the procedure, that they would give me a different type of medication. After I got home I called the office 3 times with no answer, left 2 voicemails explaining the situation. I never recieved a return call. My brother in law picked my up and brought me in later that day. By then the local and intervenous anesthesia was wearing off. So the pain was in full force, seriously the worst pain I have ever felt in my life. When I got there, the office ladies were extremely rude telling me you should have called. Im like um.. I DID! 3 TIMES! My brother in law threw a fit about it and said they had better handle it, and give me more shots of local anesthesia to hold me over until the new meds can kick in, and not be charged for it. They complied and I returned home after filling my prescription. Its been almost an entire month since my surgery and I am still experiencing severe pain in my mouth, so I called and got in to see them early in the am. I went in sat for a good while and then the "regular" dentist (who is an idiot as far as I am concerned) tells me im wrong, and that the pain isnt on that side. It is due to a cavity. That has never bothered me, its only in the socket where my wisdom tooth was taken from and sends a shooting pain down into the front of my jaw. Long story short... Dont go here. I still have not had it treated, I am going to be going elsewhere.
