Total Scam, Beware..If i could leave 0 stars i would. My wife set an appointment for our 8yr to have her cracked molar fixed. (She did inform them that it was for a child).She shows up, fills paper work.Then they charge my wife for visit. Then they proceed to take x rays of my daughter. Then this is where it goes downhill, they proceed to tell my wife that they cant do anything for my daughter because they didnt have the right tools to fix her molar because they normally deal with adults..They didnt say that when we made the appointment, they didnt say that when we checked in, they didnt say nothing when they charged us for the visit. They didnt want to refund our money, only offering apologies. Now we are left scrambling trying to find other place. It might not have been big money we paid but now im wondering how many times have they pulled this shady move..

This place is horrible about returning phone calls and filling prescriptions. I have been waiting over a week for a call back after I have called all week. My daughters doctors appointment was in February and the doctor asked that "I" give her the name of the medicine that I wanted her to call in for my daughter. I had to do my own research, instead of her giving me her professional medical advise. Once I did my research, I called with the name of the medicine on a Monday and today is Friday and no-one has filled the prescription, nor called me back. I have called almost everyday this week. I am so upset and over this place!

Scheduled an appointment here for being irregular. I show up and wait for 2hrs to be told I need to have not been on my cycle for 2 weeks. Thanks for the 2hr wait. THEN I reschedule my appointment for 2 weeks out, I get a phone call my appointment is being changed because the doctor wont be available?? I show up 20 minutes EARLY TO MY 11:30 APPOINTMENT. I have been waiting over an hour. I have seen people arrive after me, be seen, and leave all while nobody explained my absurd wait time. Someone should be retaught how to schedule appointments, clearly someone is lacking. I wont be back.

ibn sina on south post oak is a great clinic. the staff is always so upbeat and positive. its clear that they try to be as fast as possible without being careless. whether its the medical assts. checking in on patients to let them know how many patients are ahead of them or simply offering their assistance if any be needed at any time. for a community clinic who sees a multitude of walk in patients as well as appointments, i was very happy with my wait time and consultation. the doctors and the staff are knowledgeable and do the most to help patients feel at ease.

I paid for a tooth extraction, I got anesthesia, pain and blood, but on my next service wich was another extraction, the other dentist realized that the previous tooth wasnt being extracted, the roots and a piece of tooth was there already. He said that I could came back and they will do it without charging me again. Later on, when I called then to schedule the service, they ”did not know” what I was talking about. Be careful, sometimes a cheaper service can became more expensive in time, money and pain. I will look for another place to go.

Went there for my husband because his stomach was hurting and they checked his heart rate, weight, and sinses but thats it the "doctor" didnt do anything. Nothing didnt even touch his stomach where the pain was she offered a urine test to see if he has bacteria which was $20 so since she couldnt tell us anything we insist. And he came out clean. So our visit was finished. And walked out with still no idea why he was in pain

Very unprofessional you call and they tell you to make an appointment so you wouldnt have to wait long. I made the appointment I still waited 3 hours for my son a sports physical and everytime you come they make up an excuse for the long wait and the excuse will be its a new doctor their regular doctor not in. I guess everyday the regular doctor not in.. Yes the clinic prices is cheap so I guess you get what you pay for.

You set an appointment and then you have to wait a couple of hours to be called in. Its 35 dollars for the visit but then when your blood results are in you have to pay another 35, so the doctor can tell you what they were. I tried giving them a second chance but now Ive been waiting almost a month for my bloodwork to come in. When I call they just put me on hold till I end up hanging up.

This review is for the Dental services. I have been to this location (South Post Oak) on 3 separate occasions, and each visit has gone smoothly and efficiently. They treat you very well, do not make you wait long (if you have an appointment), and are very honest. The waiting room is never crowded, and it is worth the drive if you live farther away. Definitely recommend.

A doctor there diagnosed me with cancer, and I just had an infection. She didnt even check me or anything thats all she said that I could have cancer . So I went to another doctor and they gave me antibiotics and it fixed it. They are a terrible staff. And they dont care for their patients. Also they took my blood and they gave me a bruise for two weeks!

This is an excellent location. The staff is friendly and inviting and the office is well maintained. I came in to get a flu shot about a week ago and Michelle made it so easy! I am horrible with needles and she kept my mind off of what was happening by talking about my tattoos (something we had in common). Very personable, calming experience.
