I cannot say enough about the staff at Midtown Dentistry and, of course, Im partial to my dentist - Dr. Dupree. Her bedside manner is like none Ive experienced. The team does a great job of getting you in for your appointment on time (often earlier than expected), which is super important to me when Ive had to take time away from work. Dr. Dupree always makes me feel like I am her only patient in that moment (even when there are others waiting in other rooms). I never feel like shes rushing through the explanation or the process and shes always taking the time to answer questions or thoughtfully address any concerns I have. Shes very knowledgeable in each aspect of her work from the inside of your mouth to the inside of your pockets...and shes considerate of the fact that dental procedures arent cheap, hitting some of us pretty hard. I get the feeling shes not there to take my money - and that makes me feel good about being her patient. Shes very gentle and even makes the shots of local anesthesia not so bad. I started seeing her at the Westheimer office, but have recently visited the office on Wirt and I must say that both locations are equally comfortable. Its like the day spa of dentistry. Seriously. Have you seen these offices?? I would gladly take the furnishings for my home :) You cant lose, no matter which office is more convenient for you. They seem to think of everything and make the whole experience pleasant. Thanks to the entire crew at Midtown Dentistry!

This is the first time I have ever written a review of any business, but this place is the worst. I had a Saturday afternoon appointment. They called me Friday to try to change the appointment time; I explained I could not come earlier. Called again on Saturday morning, this time with the excuse that the dentist wanted to spend more time with me; again, I told them I would be there at my scheduled appointment time. The receptionist told me my appointment was at 1:30; I said no, I will be there at 1:45, the time in the text and email confirmations. I had several other errands to run and couldnt adjust my schedule just because the dentist wants to cut out early. I showed up at 1:45. Front door was locked, no one answered the phones. Will take my familys business elsewhere.

Being a first time patient here at Midtowne Dentistry, was a great experience! I was received warmly and they were able to explain the process to me. They made sure I understood everything before they started working on me and above all the no pain. Melissa Dupree was excellent in making me feel welcomed and made things comfortable for me (since it was a while since I was able to squeeze a cleaning). They are very flexible with my schedule and I would recommend Midtowne Dentistry! Ps.... really love the décor and atmosphere vibe of this dentist office. I didnt wait long and she made sure to check if I was always comfortable. Great dentist and staff! Definitely coming back for cleanings more often now.

Ive been using Midtown Dentistry for over 20 years and love them. In the past I had horrible anxiety at the dentist and over the years they have helped me overcome it. I am very happy that they have opened a location on the Katy Freeway since its only minutes from my home. Their staff is professional and attentive. Very gentle and thorough. I highly recommend them. They also accept many forms of insurance. Try them...youll like them!
