First time going to Fresh Dental, I walked in and was immediately acknowledged by the staff behind the front desk window. I took a seat and waited maybe 2 or 3 minutes then the nice lady came out from the back to personally hand me my establishment papers, which I thought was nice and personal, unlike most offices where they yell at you through the sliding window. I finished my paperwork and waited around 10 minutes to be called back. I received my x-rays which we painless and technologically advanced compared to the other places I have been. I sat in the chair and they actually turned on a movie for me to watch while I waited for the hygienist to come see me. It wasnt even 1 minute and I was greeted by the dental hygienist who than began to evaluate and chart my dental plan. It was very through and detailed, it took maybe 15 -20 minutes. I then waited for Dr. Anderson for maybe 5 minutes and he came to double check my dental plan, he was very patient and informative of all my questions and concerns. We prioritized my dental plan and went back the next day for my cleaning, which was great! walked in, immediately sat in the chair, had them cleaned and was out of there within 30 minutes. The prices are very reasonable. The only down side was that it took a month for me to get in and it is going to take another month and a half for me to get my wisdom tooth removed. The nice hygienist that cleaned my teeth took the initiative to inform me that they double and triple book in July and August since kids are getting ready to go back to school and they know there will be some "no shows" so it helped me understand why I had and have to wait so long for visits. In my opinion so far so good. I have already recommended a co-worker to this establishment.

This is the worst dentist office in Longview I have ever been to. The last time I was there before I switched to a new office, it was for a cleaning. Well this dentist comes in (not the white guy in the picture, my dentist was a middle eastern man), making small talk, the usual, When he gets this little drill /dremel tool out, instead of the pick, and starts going in and around my teeth to get plaque and stuff, stabbing my gums, causing them to bleed and causing me pain, saying its my fault they were bleeding because I dont floss (when in fact, I do floss). And you know how they usually take the polish brush and go polish all of your teeth? Yeah, they didnt do that. They left me to continue bleeding, and told me I was done. When I left, I had dried blood in between all of my teeth, and my mouth hurt so bad. Because of that dentist, and that dremel tool, my teeth are now sensitive to hot and cold food or drinks, when they were not before I went to my appointment. The staff is unfriendly, and make it seem that youre wasting their time, and try to hurry and get done with you. If I could, I would give it a zero. DO NOT GO HERE!

I am scared to death of dentists. Plain and simple, scared to death. My experience with Fresh Dental put my fear of them totally out of my mind. They were patient and gentle with me. I have rods and screws in my back also which makes it difficult to lay a long way back. They worked with me on that and I really appreciated it. It is very painful to try to lay back a long way. I also have peripheral neuropathy and they worked with me on that...getting set up in the chair and helping me get around. I want to Fresh Dental twice and feel I have found a dental practice that will be getting my business from here on out. I give them a five star rating and believe me, that is difficult to get from me.

Had my appointment set up for 3 weeks. I called once to schedule a closer time. Also called the day before to confirm my appointment! When I got up there they told me they didnt accept my Medicaid or treat women over the age of 21 on my Medicaid & didnt forget to mention I was 20 minutes late. I was obviously aware. I drove 40 minutes & found a baby sitter for this appointment all to be told they couldnt see me? Their excuse as to why they never told me was because they couldnt get a hold of me? Yet I had called just the day before & they couldve told me. Beyond aggravated & pissed.

Great dentists and assistants. Very fun and they like to have a good conversation. I had a filling and I honestly didnt feel anything except for a little pain on the opposite side of my head where they didnt numb. After my procedure I had to wait on my mom to get something done and I had a really bad migraine so they asked me if I wanted and ibuprofen. Even after I was done they still tried to help me. Over all the service was great and I think that any kid, adult, or teenager would have a great time at Fresh Dental.

After a very disappointed dental visit a year ago, I was hesitant to try another dental office. Fresh Dental was a much better experience for me. The staff was very professional and personable. I like the atmosphere and is very clean and new. I love how a treatment plan was discussed showing my portion to pay and what insurance covered prior to my services. I did not feel pressured in anyway. I will be back.

I made an appointment that took me three weeks to get due to everyone getting in to be seen before school starts.I let them know the insurance I had two times.Was told they take it.Then I show for appointment and I am told they do not take my insurance.Even this this sounds trival,its not.I waste my gas and time and I am in pain because they screwed up in the office.Thanks to the people in office.

My granddaughter has been coming here for all her dental and orthodontics needs now for close to a year now. Our experience has been positive in the care that she receives. The Dr.s and staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. Fresh Dental works with patients that can not afford to pay the entire bill up front with affordable payment plans. I would recommend Fresh Dental to anyone.

Dr. Joshi treated my daughter horribly. Insisted on giving her gas, even though she didnt like it. Would not give her a numbing shot. Then tried to drill and of course, it hurt her. Made her bleed even! And when she started to whine he got mad, said he did not have time for her, and stormed out. Upset her so bad. Now she is scared of going to the dentist again.

Excellent service and care! This was the BEST dental experience I have ever had. From the friendly staff that showed nothing but professionalism and care for patients, to the Dentist that puts patients at ease and provides top quality services for the whole family. Not only do I highly recommend, but I will be making them MY dental care choice from now on!!
