This Dental Clinic should be shut down by the NY State Board of Health feeling so sorry for all the children and adults that do not know the difference between upbeat positive good treatment indeed to both personally & professionally! The first problem is you have incompetent front desk staff that have no formal education, courtesy or decency how to treat people. If the dentist and other medical staff show no respect, compassion not born in the USA perhaps have the rudeness uncaring performance from their Country. Unfortunately I and several people have had above & beyond negative situations that continue to be ongoing because NO ONE SEEMS TO CARE FOR THE POOR, BLUE COLLAR WORKING CLASS MEMBERS FROM ALL THE INSURANCE COMPANYS LISTED AT THEIR WINDOW ENTRANCE. An act of kindness does not cost anything to anyone ... RIP Gloria Walbach

I have never felt so disrespected and invisible before in my life. I went for an emergency appointment a month ago and they made me wait over an hour to tell me emergency hours are over. I had an appointment today and they made me wait THREE hours to tell me they could not find my file and to fill a new application. My cleaning took less than 4 mins and the only interaction I had with the person doing my cleaning was "open" and "wait for the doctor." I walked out before the doctor came and call my insurance for a new dentist. Screw my toothache an advil can hold me over but such indignity and lack of consideration is not something I or anyone else deserve.

The receptionist is the WORST and should be FIRED! Im not usually one that advocates for someone loosing their job. But when you work in a facility where your Main job is to be up in my personal business, at least a little manners would be nice, no matter what kind of day youre having. Im literally waiting 20mins and counting right now on the phone trying to make an appointment. It also crossed my mind how long i would have to wait in the dental office if i have to wait this long to make an appointment. I think i will be taking everyone elses foolish advice and find me a different dentist.

Most of the staff employed at the Kings Plaza Dental Office in Brooklyn, NY are rude and very unprofessional. On Saturday, August 26, 2017 I visited the dentist office and after waitig for almost an hour for a 11:30 appointment I inquired about when I would be seen by the dentist. One of the representatives screamed and turned her back to me and rudely stated,"I dont know. Im with a patient"! I was so shocked by her response and asked if she was talking to me/ There are many other dentists offices in brooklyn that provide better treatment to their patients. This place is the worst.

The worst customer service staff. I call on Sunday at 11:30am because of an emergency. I was told that I would not be seen because they are only taking schedule appointments. I was told that I can come in on Monday anytime between 12 -2pm. I explained that I have to work their response was "Sorry" and to call back tonight to see if there were any cancellations....... My family an I have received treatment here for the past 16 years..... What a disgrace!!!!!

Sat there for over an hour for a cleaning and was finally called. I sat in the chair for 5 minutes. The lady told me to go to the front the front to make an appointment for 6 months, and the lady in the front was ordering food for staff members while clients lined up in front of her to make future appointments. She finally gets off the phone and asks me what do I need, I tell her and she tells me to call back in 4 months ...smh....finding a new dentist

Thus place is a disgrace dont know why somebody sent doing something the emergency is a joke you wait 4 hours tbh bought a 5 year old little girl in pain and they refuses see her tube doctors are not friendly and the re receptionist is all should be fired they schedule so many people at one time you have to take a seat I. The worst dental place ever. The staff there are rude and dont want to do any work. They lie about mailing forms off. They hardly answer the phone and always running their mouth when your at the dentist. I dont recommend any one to take their child to this dentist. They always telling you to come back and never did any work in the first place.

Absolutely the worst place to get your teeth taken care of. The worst customer services as well. Dont depend on anyone calling to confirm an appointment and dont depend on them to send information to your insurance for a root canal as well, youll be in pain forever to go somewhere else.

Scheduling an appointment with them is THE WORST , everytime you call to schedule they tell you to call back a certain day & then when you call back they make another excuse on why you have to call back again , plus they overbook so youre likely to be waiting a while .
