Dr. King was unprofessional! My sister went into the ER and Dr. King was quick to give her painkillers as well as prescribe her some. Several hours later after a few medicines later, my sister was still in extreme pain and yet Dr. King discharged her, stating "all you need is rest". Before we left the hospital, I asked the nurse for some advice since my sister was crying. The nurse said she will get Dr. King. We waited over 45 mins for Dr. King to finish her conversation with another employee about something funny (they were laughing and chit chatting). When Dr. King finally arrived she said "Ooh, yeah I noticed your still in pain... just get some rest". No other actions were taken while in the ER.

The nightmare began when I was placed in an ER room. The ER staff will gossip about you even though you are 10 feet away. A nurse/tech named Mike was asked repeatedly to be quiet about his opinions on the patients. The kicker was when the ER registration person with the mobile computer was telling the nursing staff everyones past history and everyone was laughing about it. In hindsight this place is a joke with multiple violations. Fair Oaks, I gaurantee will not look into this.

Missing ID from wallet, forced by security to stand in 50 degree raining weather without a shirt on, and belittleded the entire time. After calling back to inquire about missing drivers license I was transferred to three different departments only to be told they dont have it. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU WANT HELP AND DONT WANT YOUR STUFF STOLEN!

The ladys in The ER refuse beautiful women and call them bitches after they are on death bed from car accidents , dont go there at all if you are a 10 or more.
