If I could give this dentist a negative star I would. This dentist has cost my family thousands of out of pocket dollars. My daughter went here to get a few fillings over the course of a couple months about 8 months ago. The cavities that she had filled by this dentist were small surface cavities. The office even stated that after they messed up her appointment and we had to reschedule them, that they were "baby" cavities and that it would not be a problem to put off filling them for a couple weeks. One of these surface cavities that this dentist filled, she actually went to deep with the filling and hit the nerve of the tooth, then proceeded to fill it. After several months of my daughter complaining of pain in that tooth, I brought her to a different dentist who confirmed the mistake of the original dentist at Bright Now Dental, which we had obtained the x-rays from Bright Now Dental. My daughter then had to have an emergency root canal that day on what was originally a surface cavity. This cost us $2,000 out of pocket. Since then EVERY other filling that the Bright Now dentist filled has fallen out of my daughters mouth. Costing us $350 each to re-fill. DO NOT go to this dentist! The office is dirty and disorganized and Im not sure where this dentist got her Dental Degree from, but she is a nightmare.

I was taken in shortly after arriving for my dental appointment. The dentists assistant seated me and informed me of what they would be doing. He was very pleasant and answered my questions about refilling two upper front teeth. The dentist joined us and explained to me the procedure to numb the area. They both were jovial, asked how I was doing, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. I felt no pain and knew that I was in good hands with these professionals. Before I knew it, the job was completed. Everything went smoothly checking out at the efficient front desk. For many years I have come to Bright Now! Dental and have been most pleased with the results. I highly recommend this dental group!

I had a dental emergency and called in. Tonita set me an appointment for the very same day! I went in was promptly greeted by Tonita with a huge warm smile. I was taken back right away... no waiting. The assistant talked with me about what the plan of action would be. He addressed my questions, and the doctor came in promptly and took great care of me. Everyone I encountered were extremely nice and professional. I hate going to the dentist, but the staff here really were outstanding. Ill be returning!

Terrible experience from the moment I checked in at the front desk. They dropped the ball and my appointment was not on the books even though I had the email confirmation for that day and time. They did not apologize, made me wait an hour (even though they screwed up). The front desk staff was rude. I will never recommend this place nor will I ever return for the astronomical work that they say my daughter needed done. I got a second opinion. This place is a rip off. If I could give -5 stars, I would.

The reason for this review is to acknowledge an associate of this office, her name is Amanda. She is one of the most pleasant person I have met ever in any doctor/dentist office! She has a natural kind demeanor and is really good with kids, meanwhile very patient with me answering all my questions. My kids, two, are getting braces, she made the process very wonderful for my kids and for me! I really want her to be acknoledges! Thank you Amanda!!

My visit today was most pleasant. My dental hygenist/assistant, Katrina is professional, courteous, warm and a pleasure. She always makes me feel comfortable. That is especially good since most people do not like to visit the dentist. My new dentist is also very good and I am looking forward to my appointments now. Kudos to this group. Also, the receptionists are awesome! Thank you bright now team!

This was my sons first visit, as his other orthodontist abrubtly retired. What a difference from one place to the other. We are so happy that we chose this place! The staff was very welcoming. The orthodontist was very upbeat and joking with my son. He made him feel very comfortable. Would definitely recommend this place to others looking for a dentist!

They did an excellent job from when I first contacted them all the way through my entire appointment with excellent customer care!!! Amanda Z is an amazing assistant. My daugther loves her. She works well with children and takes her tome. My daugther Trinity prefers her over anyone. There is one other assistant that does the whole beginning of braces that is amazing to. Recommend to anyone

Inconvenient hours staff refuse s to answer simple questions. I highly recommend finding another office to work with. This is the absolute worst dentist office Ive ever been to. If it was possible to give these losers 0 stars i would.
