These are the WORST dentists I have ever met!!! The staff is unfriendly and sloppy. I mentioned sensitivity in one tooth to Dr. Johnson and he said I had to have a crown in the tooth next to it. I dutifully made the appointment. Nothing was explained to me. Dr. Johnson barely spoke to me. The temporary crown was so bad I could not eat at all. I was not told that it could be adjusted. It beat up the two opposing teeth so that their fillings had to be redone yet I still had nothing but pain. The permanent crown also was not adjusted correctly. Instead of taking material off of the crown, Dr. McCrady took enamel off of the two opposing teeth. He assured me that it was not much, but it turns out it was a lot. I went back for adjustments for six months with doctors Fusaro and McCrady and still had pain. The crown tooth also felt uncomfortable. I was only referred to an endodontist when I finally lost faith in these butchers and sought out another dentist. The end result was that I have had two root canals and another crown put on one of the injured opposing teeth, and the other injured tooth may need a root canal and crown, too. The new dentist quickly adjusted the original crown tooth in just a few seconds and stopped its pummeling of the opposing teeth. His crown technique was far superior to the amateurish fumbling of Dr. Johnson. I have been in pain every minute of the day for a year and a half that has finally been released by a competent dentist. Do not be fooled like I was, these guys are inattentive and sloppy. Go ANYWHERE else but here!!!

Terrible, terrible, terrible. I am new to the area and I thought I would go here since it was close to where I live. Boy was that a big mistake. Customer service is absolutely horrible. The girls at the front desk are not friendly. The lady that cleaned my teeth paid more attention to the TV and gossiping with fellow co workers than actually cleaning my teeth. Dr. Johnson came in to check over everything and basically yelled out a bunch of letters and numbers to his assistant then told me to have a great weekend without going over anything with me before leaving. After asking the assistant what all of that meant I was told I had 6 cavities. I had never had one cavity in my life so I thought this was kind of strange. I had an appointment set up with my previous dentist an hour away to get a second opinion and it turns out I have NO CAVITIES! My previous dentist saw nothing that looked any different from any of my past x-rays and saw nothing that would indicate I would need cavities filled. Needless to say I will never be going here again. I am not sure what kind of scam they were trying to do but I am glad I did not let them drill on my teeth for no reason at all. DO NOT GO HERE! All they want is your money.

I went and had a sedation visit with a bunch of fillings and a root canal. It is 2 years later and all of the fillings are failing and will have to be replaced. There was an over payment between my upfront cost and insurance, leaving an extra $200 or so to my account. When I asked for it to be refunded they refused saying that they hold on to overage and credit it to the next visit (which wouldnt happen for a while thanks to the sedation visit). When I said this and asked for a refund, they then charged me for two phone call check ins and a question at $60 a call. They refunded $80 after 4 months of withholding, and I am now having to replace all of the work they did. Dont waste your time, money, or repairable teeth with them.

I have been a patient of this dental practice for over 10 years. I have never had a bad experience. The front office staff is friendly and professional. I am seen always at my specified appointment time which are as early as 7:00am. The dentists are friendly and explain every step they take in my oral health care. No complaints. I would absolutely recommend them to friends and family.

Whorable!! They were going to charge $2,000 for 13 non existent cavitys. I went to another dentist for a second opinion and I only had 2 that is ridiculous.
