It appears this is a good clinic for adults, but NOT THE PLACE FOR KIDS. Were new to Georgia and I didnt have a pediatrician set up yet. My son hurt his arm, but I wasnt sure if it was serious or not. Their office was spacious and neat. We were seen in 15 minutes. It was evident to them he needed an XRay, and the PA or nurse took him and insisted that I couldnt come. Hes 8 years old, scared and in pain, yes Im going to come, but she wouldnt let me in the room. I almost grabbed him and left from the authoritarian tone of her voice toward him (I should have). She was a cranky person. The MD on staff admitted she was sympathetic because she had grandchildren and I think she did the best she knew how. But his injury was a serious break. He was in tremendous pain and uncomfortable there and so the MD and nurse agreed to give him a painful injection to help with his anxiety and pain, despite his protests. I was under the impression that wed all agreed to wait. Rather than speaking to him or finding a gentle way to encourage the injection, they chose a surprise attack, forcing him down, pulling his pants down and bit and injecting him. It was traumatic. When I realized I had no choice I laid on his chest and spoke to him to calm him. It was horrible. Worst of all, the MD then sent us to Atlanta Childrens Care on Satellite (who are lovely people), with a map. We waited there 3 hours, till 9:30pm. Where the staff was appalled, because that was the last place he should have been. So they sent us to the ER. Dont take children here, and I would question their guidance altogether.

This place is Awesome, I have been going here for at least 6 years, the staff is very friendly and Im a clean freak, the place is kinda old but very, very clean, you can tell the staff really cares, this is always refreshing. I had an incident and needed 8 stitches in my forehead. Dr Jackson came into the room, her demeanor made me feel like I had already known her for years, I can say, one of the best doctors Ive seen in years. The overall experience was GREAT!!! I have used other medical centers in the past because they were closer to me, my Google reviews have trash each one. I will make the drive, I will never go anywhere else. And you will be hard pressed to get the service you get here anywhere else. Oh yeah, they dont steal your money, the rest of the medical field needs to learn from them. $50.00 office visit, more than fair. Grand total of $200.00 for 8 stitches. Now thats Affordable Health Care. I paid that in 1990 for stitches from my family doctor I knew all my life.

I was feeling bad and the weekend was near. I had seen the urgent care sign a few times so I decided to give it a try. I was greeted with a smiling face. The lady asked me to fill out some paperwork and then said we will be with you shortly. I sat down and in about 20 minutes there was a lady calling me back. The nurse did the usual things and took me to a room and told me to wait for the DR. The Dr. asked me whats wrong then started looking me over and told me I had a lot of drainage and needed some antibiotics, he said wait a minute and Ill send the nurse back in. The nurse came in gave me two shots and sent me to check out. At check out the lady asked where I wanted my prescription sent and hoped I started feeling better. Very nice people and I felt that they cared!

FIRST TIME NEW PATIENT" APPOINTMENT CHARGE..... WHAT!! We were seen by them and spent hours waiting to get refer us.. (1 hr waiting to be seen and another hour to refer us out) PS>> (i dont need referrals with my current insurance When the bill came, they charge us for a "new patient" visit which cost significantly more than a regular office visit. We could have went to Ugent care much cheaper!!!. The doctor was in our room for 5min to refer us then charged us for a 30min new patient visit like they actually performed doctor duties. They may be able to see you on short notice, but if this is your first visit beware they have a "first time patient" visit they charge you. THEY DO NOT TELL YOU THIS WHEN YOU MAKE THE APPOINTMENT.

I have been a patient at Hamilton Medical center since last year on a regular basis secondary to having high blood pressure. I have always been treated with the utmost respect from the moment I walk in the facilility until I leave. Lisa Wills, Lisa C. and Linda Collins always show great concern about my blood pressure even, going as far as checking up on me to make sure I dont miss a day. I really appreciate the care I receive whenever I visit the clinic.Thank you ladies for all you do. Looking forward to my next visit.

This place is less expensive than your own doctor, but dont worry about appointments as they have no intentions of keeping them. currently they are 50 min. late for my appointment. Im going to have to leave without treatment because they dont live to their word and I have other obligations I gave my word on I have to keep mainly because Im a man of my word. If they cant keep their word.....how good can the service be? should have went to my regular doctor!

Ive used Hamilton Medical Center since fall of 2013. I have been without insurance since 2009 and found Hamilton Medical Center the most reasonably priced. I have been more than pleased by the care from the front desk all the way through. EVERY employee is compassionate and caring. They have accommodated me with quick service in-house and when ive needed to call in for refill prescriptions. Insurance or not I will continue with Hamilton Medical Center.

I needed to have some blood work completed for our adoption paperwork. I called Reagan Medical because they had weekend hours. I was greeted by a nurse named Genesis. She was funny, fast, and doubled checked all my paperwork to make sure it was processed quickly.
