Im sure everyone rates their Vet based on the status of their pet- is it alive or did it pass away. Ive had both experiences here. I can only say that every single time, Ive had my pets treated like they were the most important animal at the clinic. Dr. Cabo recently saved our Chihuahua which suffered a massive diabetic attack and surely would have died had it not been for the quick response and treatment. Kyra my Doberman is being treated for an aggressive form of cancer by Dr. Fernandez. When I told her "think outside the box, and lets use holistic medicine until we need to pump her with harsh drugs and prolong her life as long as shes not suffering".She did exactly that. She is amazing with Kyra! Shes conducted 4 surgeries and today Kyra is still very much alive and active after a year of the first sign of cancer. I cant express my Thanks enough to the entire staff at Pet Lovers. You are my extended family and support system for my pets. We are so fortunate to have you near us to help us with our pets. We are totally baffled by the inefficiency of Dr. Cabo and Dr. Hernandez of Pet lovers Clinic, the two attended our dog, a Labrador Retriever, for the same cause, a kind of skin eruption, three times, because later Who prescribed antibiotics, anti-steroids and medicated shampoo, a month after the treatment ended, the dog returned with the same problem on the skin. Practically all this year, we have been taking the dog, to that clinic, After doing biopsy, crops, laboratories, etc, and therefore, give away, practically, our money there, failed to diagnose our dog, they DO NOT KNOW what they had. Today we take our dog, once again to the vet, but of Banfield, And our dog has something so simple, like an allergy, already has treatment and a change in your diet. The only thing I have to say is that the clicica is clean, and the whole assistance staff is very friendly, but nothing more. Honestly, I do not know how they have almost 5 stars. We do not recommend this clinic.

I really like Pet Lovers Animal Clinic! It gets ridiculously busy on Saturdays but you can make an appointment on a weekday if that is an issue. However, I recently had an appointment with Dr. Ada Fernandez, she is the worst. The whole appointment she spent guilting me about something that my previous vet had neglected to tell me during a previous appointment. I even heard her complaining to a vet technician about my case. I took her business card so that I make sure never to have another appointment with her again. Everyone else there is great, but she is absolutely awful and I will not stay quiet about the rude and judgemental treatment she gave me during my appointment. Will always be scheduling with another vet that is not her. Dont let this discourage you from going there as Dr. Campos is a great vet and Dr. DeCabo too! Thats the only reason why I gave less stars as Ive been coming here for two years!

This place has the worst customer service skills. The front desk ladies are not bilingual. They can barely understand basic English. I waited 2 hours before I finally gave up and left. I repeteadly asked the ladies in the front desk how much longer and I wouldnt get an answer, I wouldnt even get a "I heard you look". to be honest I somehow felt I was unwanted, not needed, and an inconvenience since I was the only one there with a sick blind dog. Other clients would come in with their 10 pets and get serviced, but not me! Took my dog elsewhere, thanks for waisting my time, thanks for not giving a damn about my dog who really needed to see a vet. At least you let my daughter use your restroom despite the fact the ladies in the front dont understand the word RESTROOM... I had to shout BAÑO so they would get it! Ridiculous!

I will be placing a lawsuit very soon. After spending well over a $1000 it seemed to be a guessing game for the vets to cure my dog, REMI. The vets said she had heart worms and she went under a heart worms procedure. Once the procedure was done the vets told me she was fine. 5 days later I took my dog to an er because she had trouble breathing and was coughing up blood. She lost a pint of blood once I made it to the er in my car. The er placed her on a blood transfusion and in a oxygen tank. She was suffering so bad, I had to make the choice of putting her down. That being said, the worst decision of my life was taking her to Pet Lovers. If I took her to someone else, she would be here right now.

Ive had my dog for nine years and another pup for five; I have always remained loyal to this clinic. At first because of the convenience in location but after having two rather alarming experiences with other vets I can honestly say this place is the best place to care for your dog. Prices are agreeable, the doctors are amazing, and the staff will go above and beyond to answer your questions. Most importantly they do not bill unnecessary exams or suggest things your pets dont really need in order to make money. My only wish is that they were a 24-7 clinic so that my pets would be this well treated in emergencies. I recommend this facility 100%.

DO NOT BRING YOUR PET HERE!!!!! My dog died and it was their fault I was told my dog had bronchitis and to bring her back for nebulizer treatments on Monday she didnt even make it 1 more day and died in my arms she stopped breathing!!!!! It felt like it was a nightmare after spending over $1000 I lost my dog they couldve told me to take my dog to the ER if she was as that sick but they failed give me the proper care and advice they only care about the money I am now devastated my dog was my life and she is gone!!! My biggest mistake was taking her to pet lovers and putting my trust in them! I repeat do not come here!!!!

I dont trust anyone with my pets except Jorge De Cabo and his staff. He is very straightforward and professional. Ive taken my 6 cats and 2 dogs to him and Im extremely pleased with him. He saved my cats life when he got a really bad Urinary Tract Infection. It was a very aggressive infection, not much could have been done to save him but De Cabo miraculously was able to get him back to his normal self. I am so grateful for their help. The new office is nice, spacious and extremely clean. I highly recommend this place to anyone who want top notch care for their pets.

GREAT TEAM! Family atmosphere clinic, highly knowledgeable and caring personnel. My dogs gladly get ready and jump in the car to go and visit the team, not afraid of going to the doctor. I also can speak from having the experience of losing one of my beloved dogs in the past when we had to put her to sleep, I will never forget how much a hug from Dr. de Cabo meant to us after going through such traumatic experience. Average vets dont do that, but Dr. de Cabo and his team are not average. There is a bunch of exceptional hearts in that clinic...one of a kind.
