I had no choice but to see Dr. Rodarte and he didnt acknowledge you. Sadly Dr. Crepensek has retired and she used to be my doctor. She would come in and greet you and listen to you and ask you questions. Totally different with Dr. Rodarte. I hope the new NA is as good as her. Just keep in mind she is booking fast from what I was told which gave me no choice but to pick Dr. Rodarte as my left ear and sinus was hurting and my chest and couldnt wait another week. I had liquid in my ears and chest still hurts, but heart is good. I wanted to ask him why am I hurting, but he had finished with me.

This was the worst experience I have had at a clinic. Waited over an hour for my appointment. I had to leave the room to find out if the Doctor was coming. Gave them my insurance, still received a bill stating they did not have my insurance. I had to call them, they had it. The doctor called in the wrong strength of my medicine and it is a mail in order can not return. I called the clinic 2 or 3 times the nurse and the receptionists said they would look into it and call back. I have never received a call back from them. Will not be returning to this clinic.

Im very happy with the care Ive received from Dr. Rodarte and his staff. Almost always theyve tried to get me in to see the doctor on the same day when I needed and I have never waited to have my medications refilled. Nothing is worse than waiting when you are in distress physically. Very speedy! Patient portal is very helpful. Overall, very efficient, professional, and I believe Dr. Rodarte is a great physician who knows his medicine. Only one thing even though its not that terribly necessary, perhaps, he should smile more. Just the thought

This office looks like its from the 1970s. Although the staff seems nice, and bi-lingual, the doctor makes me feel unwelcomed and uncomfortable, he does not spend any time with you or really talks to you. I dont know why anybody would come to this shady part of town when they can just go down the road to newer looking offices with doctors who actually listen to you and do talk to you with compassion and take the same insurance. Im usually a quiet person and dont say much, but yeah spend your money elsewhere.

Weve been seeing Dr. Cony for over 10 years. Throughout the time things have gotten worse and worse. Dr. Cony is excellent but their MAs and staff are the worst. They are lazy, rude, and incompetent. Both the mesa and chandler office staff is bad. Do not recommend this place at all. We have left this place for good now. I would give it 0 stars if I could.

I have been with Dr. Rodarte for over 5 years and even though this year he is not in my network for the heath care insurance that I have. I am still willing to pay out of pocket just to be his patient. Need help, need advice or have health issues of concern to you, they are all there to help.

You come in and theres no greeting from the front lady. The medical staff is all very rude. They all look like they hate their job. Theres no politeness in this place, just stares, almost like they are bothered by their patients presence. If you can avoid this place, go somewhere else.

I was hesitant to go at first, but Im really glad I did. Dr. Rodarte really helped me! He knew what I was talking about, he was very understanding, and his treatment is working great. Yes, I waited a little longer to go in, but I understand now why he is so busy, it was worth it.

Dr. Crepinsik is an awesome individual as well as my Doctor. I trust her and her decisions immensely. I travel a lot for work but no matter where I am at I will fly back to Arizona for my appointments. Thank you Dr. Crepinsik

Dr Rodarte is an excellent doctor and although his front office staff is rude Dr Rodarte takes time to make sure you feel better than when you walked in his office. Hes very friendly caring kind and knowledgeable.
