The Delance Diaries

Got there 15 minutes early so I could fill out paperwork, sat down and a swarm of people came into this small waiting room. The whole building looked nice but thats the only positive I have about here. Got my paperwork filled it out and 2 minutes later was called back. Sat down and was left there for 20 minutes before anyone said anything to me. Then was asked a few questions and was left alone for another 20 minutes until The x Ray tech came in and just threw that cover over me and proceeded to cut the inside of my mouth with the x Ray thing you have to bite. I have multiple painful cuts on my gums from her even when I said i cant close down she would shove in harder. Then, the one chick came over to Clean my teeth, yeah she may of put the brush on 4 of my teeth and I had tooth paste on my forehead And for the best part EVERYONE SPOKE SPANISH THE WHOLE TIME!!! Even when the dentist came over and was examining my teeth, she was loudly speaking Spanish when she could speak English FINE! she then said I needed a cleaning that isnt covered by insurance, even when I said yes it is because I have spoken with my insurance and it even covers braces! She ignored me and said lets set up an appointment, I said "Im not setting up an appointment" I was ignored again. When I walked out the front door I got a call and told the office clerk that I will not be returning. If you read reviews DO NOT GO HERE! I havent found a positive review of this place yet! I almost didnt go because of this and now I wish I didnt go at all! Find one of the other highly raved about dentists in the area! My insurance will also be knowing about what went down there so they can stop recommending them to people!!!!

I waited 2 hours to even be seen or worked on and when I was in the chair I felt like I almost drown with the water they were spraying in my mouth and not sucking it up. They dont make you feel welcome at all. Overall the past two times Ive been here have been bad experiences & I dont think Ill ever come back to this dentist again.

Absolutely Amazing customer service. Receptionist , dental technician and Dr Ballet was very thorough. Explained everything clear and concise. Best dentist for anyone to go to!! Sunshine Health did wonderful with this referral.

I wouldnt take my dog there,very rude dont know the butt from a hole in the ground,walked out before I list my cool. Be aware of this and do your homework!!
