I agree with the other comment the receptionist there needs to be FIRED! She is so rude and thinks she knows it all. She will turn you away especial if it is an emergency, take our advice and go somewhere else. Also when I was there I observed a guy being charged hidden fee, he had an argument with the same receptionist about the amount on his bill he said he was never told about a 355.00 hidden cost. I later returned for an appointment that I was schedule two weeks later and was told I would have to reschedule, THIS PLACE IS THE WORST IF YOU CAN FIND A DENTIST OFFICE SOMEWHERE ELSE MAKE SURE YOU DO THE ASPEN IN PORT ORANGE AT LEAST IS A WHOLE LOT BETTER> BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE

The receptionist is Rude.. She doesnt have any doctor degree but will behave as if she is the Master of all and ask you to do procedures that are even not recommended.. She called me 2 hours prior to my appointment and told me the procedures that Doctor has recommended to be done for my tooth and she tells me to come and just PAY this amount and have it done without asking any questions or showing any concerns for the treatment, like its her Tooth...... She also told me if I am not willing to commit to this procedures, I dont have to show up for the appointment.... Not showing any concerns about my current toothache she spoke rudely.. Deserves 0 STARS

Every one in the office made my visit outstanding. Fred Sambrook
