I need braces, however because my insurance doesnt typically approve coverage, the staff didnt bother to submit the necessary forms. My insurance said theyd approve before my 22nd birthday in July. So I called dental office and they didnt know this due to them not doing there job. Had they of done there job, I could of had braces. Furthermore, their manager Erin hasnt returned my phone calls and nor has the orthodontist. As a student in the medical profession, this facility should be ashamed of themselves as well as both ethically and morally dishonored. Even if insurance doesnt typically provide coverage, as medical professionals they should always do their jobs. Even now I have not received a response.

Received a wisdom tooth extraction here and the dentist damaged my nerves. My tongue is now numb. He probably would have taken his time if he wasnt over half an hour late for my appointment. I understand being a doctor is probably tough but professionalism is still a thing. Thanks for nothing.

Dr. Genkin has been my dentist since he started working with patients. He has always been there when I had any dental problems or concerns, and has been quick and painless in getting me up and running. Always answers emergencies even after hours!
