No stars have been earned here. This vet is the worst to bring any animal to, their staff should be kenneled. Upon walking in to the first door for our initial meeting,the room reeks of urine and desperation. My dog whos very small fully grown and a mere 20lbs was dragged by his collar in front of me to the back. The Dr would not even acknowledge me with a simple hello but you want $499.00 before I leave. The staff is NOT competent, the Dr is rude and inconsiderate. I WILL report my visit to the humane society.

I have had Banfield for over a year and a half an never had a problem with my Vets but today was the worst experience Ive had with any vet in my life. Vet Cuellar was horrible and denied to service one of my pets. Will no longer see him and let any of my dogs be seen by him.

The vets and nurses are nice but the receptionists are rude and will hang up the phone on you. Not to mention they love to overbook themselves making it almost impossible to get an appointment and also they always have 10 people standing at the desk waiting to be helped.

I like it because my cat pees on peoples shirt just kidding because I can see what happens to my cat I like to see animals There and because a lot more I go every year I am going to go next week have fun seeng cool animals and seeng what is wrong whith your animal

I visited clinic with my sick dog,came as walk-in, clinic stuff was very helpful and nice, I was pleased to meet Dr.Rhaysa and her assistant, next day my dog start to feel better after I gave her prescribed antibiotics,will definitely come back

If you care about you pets well being, do not bring it to Pet Smart for veterinarian care. Worst vets I and my dog have ever had the displeasure to meet. Also not at his location in the lake
