I went to this office for a physical it took forever I also got my HPV shot the first round out of three . I been rescheduled for another appointment and they had told me I could get my second round of shots that same visit AnyWho I couldnt make it to one appointment so I rescheduled I dont get there about 12 minutes at the most late. Mind you Im an hour away with a newborn at home and I had to drop off my toddler at school. So being only about 10 minutes late I didnt think it was that big of a deal when you hit traffic the whole way up route 100. They told me they couldnt see me the waiting room was not for and they also had made me wait close to 20 minutes just for a physical at my first visit . Im curious how me being a little late made them not be able to see me when they can make me sit in that waiting room longer . They are absolutely horrible and wasted so much of my time do not go here

Front desk staff and nurse was very nice and helpful. The PA was not. I went in with flu like symptoms and a sore throat, was given a strep test, and when it was negative was told it was allergy season and I would need to tough it out. While talking with the PA, she made comments about how busy they were and "it never ends." I did not feel listened to. I was there for 2 hours and seen by the PA for less than 10 mins only for my symptoms to be written off as allergies. Ive had allergies my entire life and have never felt like this from seasonal allergies. I felt like I was burden to this PA, rather than a sick patient. If youre in the helping profession and looking at those coming to you for care as a waste of time, maybe it is time to take a break or find a new job. It was a waste of a copay as I will likely be going to a different express care for help.

Um Yeah

Unfortunately we are having a horrible time with the express care there. I believe it is a PA not one of the doctors. My daughter has been there 2 days in a row with horrific pain in her ear and a swollen throat. The second day she prescribed amoxicillin and told her she basically had to "tough out" the pain. Never offered any advice about ear infections (which shed never had before) and made her feel stupid for coming back (even though she required an antibiotic. Unfortunately after 3 doses she now has an ear infection in the other ear and the pain is worse. Shes on her way back for the third day in a row. Thinking its time to find a new express care. On a side note I should tell you that the regular doctor I see there (Dr Widmer) is wonderful. Too bad this happened to my daughter over a weekend! :(

This is the worst place to go for urgent care. Ive been there twice each time seen by the PA Rachel who is absolutely the worst I have every come a crossed. All she does it rattle off crap like she just finished reading a textbook then says she can not help you. I am telling you if you dont have text book symptoms dont go there this girl is a waste. The first time I ended up in the ER with after she argued with me about giving me a chest x-ray because I did not display classic symptoms. Im telling you go to a different urgent care not this one or at least when the PA is Rachel.

Went around 10am on a snowy Friday as a walk-in first time patient and was set up and handled immediately. Staff was courteous and decent at small talk. Its great that CVS is so close to the place too. They keep sanitizer and flu masks freely available in the waiting room - I dont visit enough open clinics to know if this is common practice but it definitely set my mind at ease. Lots of people acquire illness from visiting hospitals these days when it should obviously by the other way around.

Dr April Navarra is a stand up physician. She took her time with me and wasnt just quick to throw an antibiotic my way and have me out the door. I was seen through the urgent care and waited close to two hours but it was worth the wait. There are not many doctors out there anymore that truly care for you and I felt Dr. Navarra heard me and was able to give me meds to relieve my sinus infection. I will definitely be returning. Thank you for great care

IT WAS A HORRIBLE WASTE OF MY TIME!!! I WAS HAVING A SEVERVE ALLEGERIC REACTION TO POISON IVY, MY SKIN WAS ON FIRE, MY EYES WERE CLOSING AND LIPS WERE SWELLING. PA APRIL WANTED TO DESCRIPE A SOAP TO WASH WITH AND CORTIZONE CREME. I CAN PURCHASE THESE PRODUCTS OVER THE COUNTER!!! I WENT TO TILGHMAN MEDICAL CENTER & URGENT CARE AND RECEIVED TO CARE I NEEDED! I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN NOR WOULD I CONSIDER THEM AS A PRIMARY CARE PHYSICIAN!!

Good experience. Friendly receptionists. Terry the nurse was all smiles. PA April was gentle in examining my hand for a break. She gave advice I could follow. It was great to have X-rays right on the premises. The X-ray technician was nice and there was no wait to get an x-ray. I would definitely go there again, but lets hope I dont need emergency care again. :)

Horrific experience! Rude and obnoxious! Waited 3 hours to see not even a doctor! Just a pa! No one is worth a three hour wait. If you need medical attention dont come here ever. Oh did I mention the unsanitary condition! I got sick from sitting here for three hours! Go anywhere else and youd get better treatment
