the front desk lady was cool I think but the dentist was a racist yep a racist she lied to me like hell told me she was gonna call my insurance company to ok the work I needed done didnt do anything then she said they said you are not coverd by them then I said wat number did you call she gave me a number that rang but at the end it hangs up I called that number like 30 times then I called my insurance company and they said no dentist called us about any work for you she was caught in so many lies I cant believe this lady was racist its more but I cant type that long thats only half of it dont go there unless you are a racist

A great overall experience--Doctor Winker is an exceptional dentist--He is a common sense doctor that only does what is necessary and educates the patient on what is being done and why. His assistant Olga is very competent and always willing to go the extra mile to make your experience a great one. Wendy at the front desk is very professional with a great attitude and excellent administrative skills. This is a very talented team and its always a pleasure doing business with this dental practice--Highly Recommended!!

Excellent staff! Ive been twice to Northern Virginia Dental Associates and I was impressed both times. The staff and dentist are thoughtful and helpful (and competent). The first time I went in I mentioned that it was hard to make appointments because Im a stay at home mom with limited child care options. They said, "next time bring him". I did and because of the type of treatment he was okay to stay on my lap the whole time. If he hadnt been, there was at least one person at the ready to take him.

Walked in today new patient with a cleaning& yearly visit. Was asked for my home phone and when I said I didnt have one was asked for my parents phone number. When I asked why I was told that it was so that if they NEEDED TO SEND ME TO COLLECTIONS! I am 24 and a full time registered nurse living on my own. Wow- off putting and uncomfortable. Will go see a dentist who actually wants to take care of patents. Left. Avoid this place at all costs.

This Dental office is AWESOME! The dentist, Dr. Neal is unbelievably good at what he does, always a pleasure. The dental techs are wonderful as well. But what really makes the dental visit is the front desk staff, they are so friendly, especially the younger gal who seems to really care about the customers. I will always go back here and continue to recommend this office to friends and family!!

Convenient location near West Springfield High School and very kind and reassuring staff from receptionist to hygienist to dentist. I feel like they took their time and listened to me in order to get the best outcome. I made appointments for the rest of my family!

This is the best dental practice Ive ever used. All the staff are courteous and professional. My dentist took great care to minimize discomfort - I could barely even feel the anisthetic shots. He worked quickly, yet thoroughly with high attention to detail. The staff went far above and beyond to ensure my comfort.

Dr. Coulter is absolutely the BEST dentist I have ever been to. Because of her expert care for the first time in my life I dont dread going to the dentist. Not only is she a great dentist but she is genuinely interested in her patients. Her assistant, Tamara is very kind and professional, they make a great team!

They are overcharging for their services, so even if you have insurance - you owe almost the same amount (this should be considered double billing). Youll find more when they specifically make you sign papers saying that they will not know what your insurance company will pay, compared to their charges.

Very rude front desk. They have little to no manners, and ask rather silly questions. If you notice all the low scores on reviews are all about a rather rude front desk. You would think those at the front desk would correct themselves, but I guess not....

I absolutely love coming to this dentist! The dental hygienist is so kind and tries to find many different solutions when I present a problem. I always feel happy when I come to visit and great when I leave. Going to the dentist never felt so great before!

The hygienist did an amazing job with my 3 year old son, he didnt want to leave when his appointment ended! They also kept him in the room watching a movie while until my appointment ended which was appreciated. Dr Kanli is really nice also.

This place is the worst. With average service and rude front desk. Beware the charge you $50.00 for cancelled appointments. They wont care why. There are so many Dentist with better service and dont charge you a fee.
