Needed to get my dog neutered after calling around for pricing I found this location with what I thought be was a reasonable price. The morning of the appointment as arrived to check in I was told needed to pay more do to my dog needing blood work. I understood charges however should have been told about them before heading all the way to Dallas with the amount I was give over the phone. I find it in professional and unnecessary.

Saved both of my pups from parvovirus and worked with us on a payment plan so we could get them the best care possible. All the staff and the vet are kind and personable and take genuine interest in your animals and their well being. When my pup got into the trash and ate some pizza crust with garlic, they called to follow up on him for the next few days as well. Highly recommend them if your furry friend needs a vet.

I would not let this place take care of a goldfish much less my dog. They are responsible for losing TWO dogs. One is still missing and the other got hit by a car because of how careless they are with their animals. I hope by leaving this review I help to save someones dog from the same outcome.

Dr. Norris is fantastic! We often board our dog here, but Im not sure how much he gets to play outside. The front desk staff is also somewhat disorganized, but worth dealing with to have Dr. Norris caring for our fur child!

Nice place, staff was nice too, they answered all questions and were attentive. We are fostering a cat with Lymphoma and this is his regular vet from before we started fostering him, and our first visit here went well.
