My partner and I have been going to this vet clinic since our Cane Corso Dysel was 10 weeks old. He is now a year old. His usual vets, Vrla and Johnson are wonderful with him. They sit on the floor with him, play and answer any questions we have. His usual vet tech is no longer with the practice so 7 weeks ago he had to see a new tech to do his nails. This tech was afraid of him and made him and us a bit nervous, but we got his nails done and his glands expressed. I brought him in today there was a lady at the door as we walked in, she shooed us out of the practice, told us to wait outside because there was a siberian husky inside. As it turns out this was a vet we had never seen before; Debra Charles. It was the worse experience I have ever had. Ms. Charles insulted our intelligence. She said we were raising our dog wrong, that if we played with him the way we do, we were contributing to his aggressiveness. She said his breed was in the top 25 most aggressive and proceeded to pull up websites. She said Cane Corsos were the breed that got out of and apt. in New York and killed a lady. I told her she was wrong, it was an impress canario. She said they had put three to sleep recently; one for eating the couch and owner could not afford the surgery?? Really??!!! They do not offer a payment plan for emergencies? It was apparent to us she had already made her mind up that D was aggressive and needed to be neutered right away. She said he needed a muzzle in public and they might not be able to handle him as he got older??? D was running around the big room, sniffing everything and licking the vet and the vet tech. What is wrong with her? I had to do my own dogs nails and his glands. I researched several clinics thoroughly before choosing this one. I have been very happy with the staff and the vets until now. I have never been treated like this or been offended before at this clinic. I do not understand what happened today, but I will guarantee it does not happen again.

Best animal clinic Ive EVER been to. Two visits so far so still getting used to it. Specifically, i am not the best in understanding what to do with my dogs; but the staff up front as well as the techs have ALL been really understanding and friendly. take time to answer my questions. They print out receipt and it has exactly what i paid for itemized; along with pending suggested schedule for what is next. 1st visit - doctor got down on floor with my dog and made friends with him, gave him shot while on floor. not like the old guys in white lab coats who look at the dog from across the room. only reason not five star rvw is not that big deal; but i find it easier to take someone with me. i have pitbull mix, strong dog, no place really i found to tie him to handle transactions at counter while he is pouncing around. i tie him to chair, he drags chair across room while i pay. not big deal, i plan to make this my animal clinic

Weve been taking our dogs to CLAC for over 16 years now. The vets are all well qualified and compassionate. Theyve patched up jobs from other less qualified emergency clinics and our pets were good as new in a matter of days. The front desk girls are great and always willing to listen and do the very best they can to help you out. They re great with everyday check ups and give the fastest injections on the planet. When we had to put 2 of our dogs down a few years ago, they were very caring and understood what we were going through. Drs. Charles ,Vrla and Johnson are first class vets. We know no matter which vet we see, our babies will get the best of care. Wouldnt hesitate to do business with them and always recommend them to family and friends.

My parents took their dogs to Casa Linda when they moved to Dallas. Dr. Charles has seen me grow up and get pets of my own. Dr. Vrla was so dedicated to taking care of my cat when he had a very serious urinary block and required surgery and weeks of care. They can handle the everyday shots and vaccinations up to the much more critical needs of a pet. As a second generation customer, I know they also handle the inevitable loss of a pet with great sympathy and care. The staff is delightful, and the resident cat and dog are adorable. You cant find a more dedicated, skilled animal clinic in the metroplex. Why else would the Dallas PD k9 unit proudly take their dogs there?

We tried 2 other vets for our 2 cats before going to Casa Linda and Dr. Nancy Vrla. None of them were as thorough and truly committed to the welfare and health of our new pets as the vets at Casa Linda. We love the way Dr. Vrla is so committed to our cats health, and we think she is also a great surgeon (our 7 month old cat needed major surgery). She shows a real caring towards our furry family members. All the vets at Casa Linda are great and we are comfortable with them all, and the front desk staff is super as well. We would not go any other place for skilled, dedicated doctors for our four-legged family members!

Remember the vet you would go to as a kid with your parents? The sweet front desk people, the consistent vet techs, the sweet cat roaming around or randomly perched somewhere? This is that place. I use Dr. Johnson and she has been a delight the entire step of the way. As well as all the other staff. Theyre honest and do not gouge you with crazy prices. They are completely fair and have the best intentions. I drive 20+ minutes to see her and would drive further if necessary. Highly recommended. Feels like home everytime.

Took both of my large dogs in at the same time...and Im petite! The staff made sure to empty the lobby for me on the way in and on the way out so that my dogs would not bother anyone with their barking. They also let me pay in the examining room too. They had a great staff and were so thoughtful! It did end up being a little pricey, but it was worth it.

Ive been taking my now-15 year old Chihuahua to Casa Linda since 2011. The service is always excellent, whether I come in for an emergency or a scheduled visit, and I feel like they truly care about my dog. Everyone at the clinic has a great personality and all the vets have great bedside manners.

Everyone is very nice there. Dr. Nancy Vrla is THE BEST vet my dogs have ever had. Ive never had a vet before that was so compassionate, so smart and so awesome with communicating with you and following up! She is the reason I will keep going to this clinic. Shes amazing! (and my dogs love her!)

Casa Linda Animal Clinic has a warm and friendly atmosphere. The staff happily welcomes you and knows your pets by name. Your pets get expert treatment by your veterinarian whether its an emergency or just an annual check up. I feel totally at ease being there and I would highly recommend them.
