My family has been going to Dr. Sykes since he opened his practice. Although we live 20+ minutes away, Ive never questioned our decision. He is patient and willing to answer all questions and provides easy-to-understand explanations. His office staff is professional and courteous. They go above and beyond in explaining your costs, insurance coverage, and making you feel valued. Their outstanding customer service is apparent in little details such as having school calendars for surrounding districts to help plan the kids appointments, Dr.s follow-up calls after procedures, on-call availability, emergent dental care, welcoming and comfortable office, and the friendliest staff. I never shy away from recommending BHD to friends and family.
