Every time I have been to this office i have been treated with courtesy and respect. There isnt a bad thing I could say about this office, the doctor or staff. The only thing I can think of is that I sometimes have to wait a little while to be seen, which really doesnt bother me because that means I know the doctor wont be rushing through my treatment either just because someone is waiting! Let me tell you that the technology in this office is second to none! I have had several crowns done in the past, but never had them completed in one visit!! There was no pain involved and I am no longer afraid to have a little more extensive treatment if I ever need it again. The fees are a little higher for this technology, but well worth it. This office is very organized and clean also. I was impressed as soon as I walked in the door! I was told an estimate for treatment before any work was scheduled for me. I have gone to another office where I was surprised with the bill AFTER treament. That doesnt happen here. You will get an estimate for treatment AND a copy of this before you ever schedule anything- there are no surprises here!! I was told upfront that a couple of procedures were not covered by my insurance. I really appreciated that as it helped me to rethink my insurance decision when open enrollment time came around the next time. Dr. Park doesnt talk a lot during my treatment. I LIKE THIS!! I went to another dentist one time who was so busy talking about movies and social life that I really wanted to tell him to "pay attention to what you are doing!!". Dr. Park is very focused when working. That makes me very comfortable. You really need to try this office for yourself- its far above what Ive seen in San Antonio thus far. Try it for yourself, youll be glad you did!!!!!!

I started going to Dr. Park six years ago. Most people choose a medical practitioner because the office is convenient, they like the staff, etc. I chose to use Dr. park because of those things, but also because his profile on my insurance company’s website was impressive. I’ve had a lot of dental issues over the years, and I wanted the best. I have two of the CEREC caps that are both 4-5 years old and have been really happy with them. They look good and don’t have the hot/cold sensitivity issues that metal fillings have. About three years ago, I noticed a small spot under my tongue so I set up an appointment with Dr. Park who immediately sent me to a competent oral surgeon for a biopsy and at 28 years old, I became an oral cancer patient. Since then, I’ve read all sorts of horror stories about people’s dentists telling them to keep watch on a spot for 6 months, try some magic mouthwash, etc., before finally ordering a biopsy months later. The odds of that diagnosis at my age were miniscule so I was really fortunate to have been seen by such a competent professional that ensured that I received the right treatment the 1st time without any lost time that could have resulted in a different outcome.

October 1998 I became a patient of Dr Park and have had the following procedures performed. 2-filings, 10-crowns, 2-root canals, 1-tooth extracted, 1-splint (Night guard to prevent me from grinding my teeth while I sleep...Since October 1998 I have had my teeth cleaned EVERY 3 months, due to a condition that requires the frequent cleaning. Doing the math this equates to over 60 visits! I am so pleased with the Care provided by Dr Park and his staff that my wife became a patient of Dr Park in September 2006. Her procedures include 1-tooth extraction, 1-root canal & crown on a front tooth. She does not have the same condition that requires her teeth be cleaned every 3 months but she has ELECTED to have her teeth cleaned every 3 months as a preventative measure. I have seen an improvement on the condition of my teeth since taking Dr Parks recommendation of using a Rotadent electric tooth brush and the Hydro Floss water pick. My wife & I have not experienced any pain during or after any of the above procedures performed by Dr Park. This Doctor has kept both my wife and I Healthy by addressing our dental issues and us following his dental advice.

I have nothing bad to say about the personality of Dr. Park, but his practices are..well...Id say not unethical, but he apparently has a rather expensive lifestyle to maintain. $30 for copies of x-rays, $600 for a surgical extraction (which I did not have done...another dentist did it for a fraction of the price, which my insurance, although out of network, did partially pay), and $2500 for a root canal and crown? No, thanks. BEWARE! Look at the magazine collection in your doctors/dentists office. If you see mags for middle-class activities like fishing, bowling, and the like, youre okay. But if you see things like cruises/travel, jewelry, and other high-end activities and goods/services being advertised like in Dr. Parks office, RUN! You KNOW its going to be an EXPENSIVE visit! Both my medical doctor and my new dentist are middle-of-the-road guys. Anyway, Dr. Park, while a very nice gentleman from chairside, and the staff is rather pleasant (the three times I have visited), Im afraid that I cannot support his extravagant lifestyle.

Dr Park is great, he is very knowledgeable and good at what he does. I have a family of bad teeth and Dr Park has handle all instances with great care and pride. He is like an artist and likes to get it so it looks and feels good. He keeps my smile healthy and looking good. He has given me a crown, a bridge and an implant. All have been great, no problem and eating is good. His staff has also whitened my teeth and takes care of my daughter and son. For different procedures he has explained the options if there are options and explains the difference so I can make a knowledgeable decision on his recommendations . He gave my daughter veneers and they came out great. His staff is great and at times busy but that to me is a good thing. Like a good restaurant. The office manager has handled all the insurance claims and billings without issue. His dental assistant is very good too, she is very thorough, quick and knowledgeable as well. The Hygienist is great too, again knowledgeable. Dr Park is highly recommended by me and my family.

Not only is this dentist rude, hes also incompetent. His staff seems so miserable! Hes totally unprofessional and does not know what hes doing. He worked on a cavity and replaced the filling and it was terrible from the start! Food got caught in the tooth--I did speak with him about it but the work was so horrible I was afraid I would lose the tooth which is the whole reason for going to the dentist to begin with! I recently saw a wonderful dentist that corrected Dr. Parks horrible work! He is way, way over-priced and so not worth it! He runs late, his staff is rude, they dont smile and he chastises them in front of his patients! I could go on and on but I wont. Do not go see this man, he does not know what hes doing and he will only create a bigger problem.
