I dont like dentists like many people. I love this dental clinic. The Dr & her staff are so AWESOME. I was a little worried about pain & how many dentist are scary in their ways. NOT THIS Dr. Dr. Z is AWESOME & so is her staff. They were so encouraging & made me feel so comfy that we laughed a little. I DID NOT FEEL A SINGLE THING. 100% PAINLESS. my one tooth was bad. The other dentist at De Zavala Dental made a comment that it was going to be hard to pull. Of course thats scary to think she Dr. Longoria made that comment. Another patient told me that because she was just a few dollars short at De Zavala Dental, they refused to work on her & rescheduled after lady from office asked when would she have the $. She got rescheduled, but after that, someone told her that Family Dentistry clinic was much better in staff. I dont like it when they put you the little apron on chest to prepare you & then the lady from office shows up to collect $. Thats so unprofessional & rude to me. I decided to leave after the doc/collector were negative. Then to top it off, the Doc tell OFFICE lady came back to give me estimate of costs + 2 prescriptions, I asked her how can she say how much when the insurance was closed. She made an excuse, thats when I decided no way without knowing from insurance 1st. Insurance had already told me to check with them 1st because last visit De Zavala Dental over charged me. Then I asked to talk to doc, I said I should hear about prescription from the doctor, not some accountant! Usually the docs tell you I will give you a prescroption for whatever, then its ok for the assist to hand it to you. At Family Dentistry is so much more professional & friendly at same time. You pay after services & they work with you. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND FAMILY DENTISTRY OF SAN ANTONIO on De Zavala Rd., across from the HEB, on other side where T-Mobile store is. In same parking lot.

Last Thursday I had a root canal and went to see the dentist that was suppose to put on a temporary crown waited 2hours and he never showed up. I was referred by a co-worker after they heard what happened. I called their after hours/emergency line and explained my situation with Stephanie, the receptionist. At 850pm I received a text that Dr Z would squeeze me in at 11am. Dr Z office felt just like home, everyone was Super nice. Dr Z took the time to make sure I understood the procedure for the treatment for the that day and made a game plan forbfollow up treatment. I personally can not stand pain and Dr Z was receptive and made sure that I knew at anytime I could signal to stop by raising my hand. I must say I felt like I was at home when Dr Z asked me which movie I would like to watch. Dr Zs office had 3D Glasses like mine back home. I was so excited I even texted some folks about it. Dr. Z ensured that I did not feel any pain during my procedure and followed up during the procedure about my pain level. I must say I cant wait to see him and his staff on May 2nd when I get my permanent crown installed. Thank You Dr Z for squeezing me in and creating a wonderful experience for me.

Dr. Zebrowski was highly recommended to me by another dentist as a specialist the field. I came twice from out of state to visit Dr. Zebrowski for a major cosmetic dental work (veneers and porcelain placement on upper teeth) and for treating additional teeth. I had 7 visits overall that took care of multiple decays, complete replacement of crowns and upper veneers. I am finally able to widely and proudly smile without covering my mouth. Dr. Zebrowski was very thorough, extremely patient with me, answering all questions, explaining every little detail. I had a very extensive work done, and expected to be in major pain. Surprisingly, the procedure (including administering the anesthetic), was painless. He has this pain-free touch that no other dentist has so far achieved (I came across A LOT). One appointment was attended by Dr. Yuliya Zebrowski. She has such soft hands - you dont feel ANYTHING, even when she handles multiple metal instruments in your mouth. The staff is very courteous as well. I can highly recommend Dr. Zebrowski for both dental treatment and veneers / porcelain crowns.

Wow!! What a professional practice. Dr. Yuliya Zebrowski is simply amazing. Not only she has the hands on an Angel but she is also an artist. I went in the dental office to repair 2 amalgam fillings that Ive had for the past 25 years. We replaced them with colored tooth composite that my insurance (Metlife PDP Plus) covered 80% and I pay the a small amount remaining including my deductible that was applied towards the treatment. Dr. Yuliya and her Assistant were a pleasure to work with, patient, super knowledgeable, and caring . The fillings were the precise right fit from the moment they finished. I was concerned that I could continue using my invisalign retainers, so the shape of the filling had to be perfect and it definitely was. I work as a Benefits Manager for a large retailer and definitely recommend this dental office and both Drs. Zebrowskis as they really know their trade.

Like most, I dont like going to the dentist. I put it off far too long. But the kind people here made it so much easier. All of them. The communications prior to my new patient appointment were thorough and time saving. When I arrived, I was greeted by a warm, friendly staff. You could tell they were all professionals and truly enjoyed what they do. Dr. Z is delightful and has a great sense of humor. She provided me with multiple options to fix my issues with my teeth, and I felt no pressure to choose the high priced option. It was truly my choice. I chose one option, and it was comforting to know that if I changed my mind after I left, it was ok, and I could just call her. I look forward to working with the team at Family Dentistry of SA to get my teeth in better shape. I finally found a dentist I like and trust, which is not an easy task.

The dentists were consummate professionals, and worked very well together to ensure the optimal results. I went in for a big procedure, and was amazed at the quality of care by the dentist, he made sure that I was comfortable throughout the procedure and pain free. I was overwhelmed because the work I need done is expensive as well as a lengthy process. However, after a few recommendations from the wonderful office manager, Rachel, and the professional opinions by the dentist I was given peace of mind with a plan that would both fit my budget and solve my maladies. I am now pain free and worry free thanks to the amazing team at Family Dentistry of San Antonio at De Zavala. Thank you for everything you do guys.

Well first let me start by saying I am absolutely terrified of dentist because of a childhood experience but I had to go because my tooth was hurting me horribly. I chose this location because of all the good reviews and let me say it was a great decision. I had a great experience here, Every single person was great. Everybody was reassuring and comforting. They made sure I was okay and talked to me the whole time. I would definitely recommend this dentist to others and will definitely use again.
