Summary: they sell your personal info and will try to pressure you into treatment. Im sure theyre handing out beers in their offices so youll agree to whatever treatment they say you need!!! I needed to find a dentist after moving to the area. After some googling, I found their online chat. Chatted with a friendly person online, made an appointment, gave them my phone number and email. Soon after this, I started getting spam emails, texts and a robocall. I cant prove it, but I just feel like they are in the business of selling personal information! Well fast forward to the appointment. The office is weird in that its trying to be like a club or something. The staff are friendly, but I had the feeling that what they lack as a dental office they try to make up by trying to be nice. After my exam, the doctor just seemed so adamant that I needed a laser deep cleaning which I knew would cost a lot and that I needed to have 3 of my crowns redone because they dont fit well. Just so they would get off my case, I made an appointment to come back, but knew I could call and cancel. They tried to pressure me into doing it that day. So I decided Id get a second opinion and sure enough, my crowns that Ive had for over 10 years all are perfectly fine and I had a little bit of tartar build up, but just needed a simple cleaning.

The best dental experience I have received! Not only do they offer drinks before your appointment, but their wait time is minimal! I enjoy setting an appointment and walking straight to the Dentists office as soon as I walk in! The staff greets me upon entering and it is just an overall amazing experience hands down! I enjoy my dental visits every single time!

Dr.Dental is definitely dentistry with a new experience. Both staff and doctors were really friendly and informative. I would definitely recommend Dr.Dental to all of my friends and family. On a side note, they serve complementary alcohol (and they cleaned my teeth right after)! You cant go wrong with that!

Absolute worst! Unprofessional, lazy staff. I sent information to three different emails and still failed to check for my information and verify. I had my last dentist email me dental records and X-rays the day of the appointment because they did not request information like I was told they would.
