I was a former employee of his , he is a horrible dentist and bussiness owner. He has no money at times to pay his employees and blamess a cyber atack which suppolsy crash his system but in reality he had no money to pay dentrix a system for scheduling patient and he didnt pay his back up which cause him to loose all patient record. BEWARE HE GIVES NIGHT GUARD TO EVERYONE And sonetime doesnt even treat your actual problem. He can barely visualy see and gives filling unproperly , he removes crown you already have so he dosnt have to do actual work, he just orderd a new more expesive crown for you.he takes his time supposedly to educate you but because one he not busy and two he want your money. He bagan to discriminate me due to bringing up incorrect fees he was charging, several time i told him while on my work time i was going to do right by the book. He would gring and make a fist because he is fraudulent. Durring my work i insured patient paid their proper fees but there is only so much i could do. He has been sued for medicaid fraud and cont. To get lawsuit from them. He is severly in debt and word is he is trying to hire an accountant so he can pin it on them to get out of debt. The dentistry that he actually does do like root canal he is horrible at, take up to several day to finish a root canal. Have you seen his own teeth, like he was chewing on rocks and has a terrible smell reeking from them. My ethics and moral where tested several times , on top of being pregnant i was afraid to leave because he would just srew someone out of their money for unproper services. After i was the only employee there he started to harrass me and treat me unfair and reported him for harrasment. Not to mention he is so unproffesional and spoke to another employee about sex. He is located on the west side for a reason, he speaks about God saying godbless but he is nothing godly about that man. DONt Be fooled by his fake caring personality, he calls you mijita and hunnny to sound caring but far from it. Im hlad i left , but feel sorry for everyone who goes to him as a patient and an employee. I have several friends in the dental industry and can say the same. Hes a rip off please go somewhere else.

Bedside manner is unmatched. Staff is friendly and helpful and work out financial options readily. Hygienist is thorough, professional, and very friendly which eases tension. Dr Aguirre is genuine and so knowledgeable youd think he was a specialist. He takes his time in evaluating the whole picture and you really feel like theres a sensible plan of treatment that is comprehensive rather than fixing one issue only to find there are two more behind that one. He has a heart for educating his patients and I am beyond impressed.
