DO NOT GO TO THEM! THEY ARE CROOKS! WILL CHARGE YOU FOR SERVICES THEY DID NOT PERFORM! I had a simple teeth cleaning for the first time with this dentist. Was my first time using this dental insurance. My policy states I am able to receive 2 cleanings per year, and any additional cleanings are $30. The girl at the front desk (Nicole) charged me $30. When I questioned her about the fee she stated that with a DHMO that there are set prices patients have to pay and insisted it was $30. When I got home I looked at my policy again just to make sure. And it was written on my fee schedule that my cleaning was at NO charge. I left 2 separate emails with the dentist regarding this issue and he did not have the courtesy to respond to my emails. When I called the office again to speak with the person that had charged me, Nicole, she gave me a different story regarding my fee. This time she said it was because they had used a SPECIAL cleaning product on my teeth. She became defensive when I told her that NO such cleaning product was used, nor was any such product even mentioned to me by the dentist nor his assistant. She became very defensive and hung up on me. What this office has done was unacceptable and unethical. He is a young dentist and is learning still. But to allow his staff to charge for services that were not rendered is wrong! I only wonder just how many other times they have charged (overcharged) their patients who have no clue this type of thing is happening.

Its very hard to find a good, honest dentist who doesnt over-treat you or pressure you to get work done that you dont need. Im very happy that I found Dr. Miller, with the recommendation coming from a long time friend, who also happens to be the office manager. Every visit has been a good experience, since I stop by every few weeks for braces adjustments. The entire office staff is very professional and make you feel welcome. Nicole is a great office manager and she is the first person you see at the front desk. She can assist you with any questions you have in regards to payments, insurance, etc. I like the fact that she can work with you even if you dont have insurance. They have an affordable treatment plan that you can make in payments. Teresa is the dental assistant who works alongside Dr. Miller. She is a great assistant who explains the processes while she works on you. Dr. Miller is the most gentle dentist Ive ever had. He makes sure that you are comfortable while he works on you and will take small breaks if needed so you can relax your jaw. He carefully inspects your teeth and will create the best treatment plan for you that wont break the bank. Overall, Im very satisfied with the dental visits Ive had. I trust Dr. Miller, knowing that Im in good hands, and look forward to my new smile when the braces come off. You will not be disappointed!!! Make the appointment with Dr. Miller.

I do not recommend going to this dentist and heres why: I had a crown that was a bit wobbly. Somebody recommend Dr. Miller, so I went to him and after he took an X-ray, he told me that I needed a root canal. So, he did the root canal and cemented the crown back. This costed me $1200. Then, a few months later, the crown started wobbling again. I went to his office and I told him that whenever I eat something, the crown is about to fall off. His response was "I cannot do anything to it until it falls off again!" A month after that, this past December, the crown fell off. So, I made another visit to his office again. He put back the crown and charged me another $95. I asked him to fix it well and tight this time so that I do not worry about it falling again. The crown has being wobbly for about a month now. Finally tonight, as I was expecting to happen again, it fell off! I think he did a crappy job. He either didn’t spend enough time fixing it well, or, he might have used a cheap material to patch the crown back. He always has patients lined up one right after another, or, he goes from patient to patient at the same time. Therefore, he rushes and do not focus on what he is doing because, he tries to gets to the next patient ASAP. Now I do not have insurance and live 300 miles away from San Antonio. Thanks to his crappy job, I think I need to spend another $1000 fixing the crown.

I have been a patient of Dr. Miller for about a year now (found thru ZocDoc!) and I have been beyond satisfied with every single appointment Ive had. Upon arriving, Nicole (office manager) greeted me and assisted me with the electronic check-in process. She also went above and beyond in verifying my dental benefits to ensure the coverage I was offered at work. As a medical professional, I had no idea of how different medical and dental insurance policies work. Nicole took the time to explain the services covered under my plan. The office has a simple, yet modern feel and is very clean and well-kept. After checking-in, I was greeted by Dr. Millers dental assistant, Teresa, and was guided to the operatory. She was very polite and made sure I was comfortable throughout my visit. Dr. Miller is very friendly and professional. He made sure I understood my exam and gave me different treatment plans to choose from. Unlike other dental offices Ive been to, I truly believe that Dr. Miller performs high quality work while NOT trying to up-sell or overtreat his patients. I must also add that Dr. Miller does all of the cleanings himself! Whats not to love!? On my last appointment, I took advantage of the whitening treatment special they had and got my trays done in a timely manner. I love my results and will continue to recommend NorthEnd to everyone in need of a GREAT DENTIST!!!

Last year I switched dental insurance plans for the cheaper option at work to save a few bucks. Dr. Miller was one of the few in-network providers with good reviews so I went to his office. While I didnt have a particularly bad experience (both staff and Dentist were nice and pleasant), I did leave the office disappointed. The appointment was very quick (granted I was pregnant and didnt get x-rays done), but still, the evaluation was extremely quick. I dont think I even got my teeth polished. It was the oddest thing because I was in an out in less than 15-20 minutes. When I left, my mouth didnt even feel clean. I dont think its a bad option if you are on a bind, but, its just not for me. Today, I finally went back to my old dentists office, Detailed Dental, and Im very happy. They are always very thorough in their examination and cleaning, and even though I still didnt get x-rays done (still pregnant), I was there for at least an hour from the moment I sat on the chair getting my teeth cleaned and examined.

This review has been a long time coming as Ive been a patient of Dr. Miller for many years now. I hadnt been to a dentist in nearly a decade before visiting Dr. Miller but he eased my nerves and every visit has be great. I finally had to jump on here after the incredible results I got from his Fast braces. In little over 6months he fixed a crowding problem Ive been trying to hide forever and havent stopped smiling since. The entire office staff is courteous and professional. Hes always taken the time to address all my concerns and I couldnt be happier with all of his work. I recommend him to anyone looking for a dentist. Everyone Ive sent his way has been extremely happy with their results. Hes great at what he does, has never once pressured me into excessive treatment, and has a very genuine love for his work. Definitely see him at NorthEnd Dental if youre looking for an awesome dentist.
