The front staff was great and they did great with my 3 year old, who was just there for a cleaning. My 1 year old son on the other hand, she said he had early signs of cavities on his teeth (which were white lines next to the gums that had been there since they erupted) and kind of lectured me on taking care of his teeth...just went into her schpeel without even asking me questions. She told us not to put him to bed with a bottle and he doesnt even take a bottle. She told us to give him juice and he only drinks water and breastmilk. The list goes on but she said to wipe his teeth after meals and he would be fine (which I have done in addition to the 2 xs a day brushing we had already been doing). Fast forward 6 months and a different dentist due to her chair-side manner, he has enamel hypoplasia, which is something that forms in the womb and something she should have been able to identify at that visit. Now, he has to have TWO teeth removed, 3 caps, and 2 cavities filled. Not because of the oral hygiene he received from me - which she made me feel like it was my fault for the last 6 months when it was a developmental issue. If she had caught this, my poor babys teeth could have been saved!

Very poorly ran office, from Insurance knowledge from the "Office Manager" who is always on her phone 2/10 rating, do not expect to get your baby seen here if you have Medicaid & has not been seen in 6 months, even when the rule is every 2 months. Back staff 4/10 rating. One of the assistants always verbally talking on the phone through her head bluetooth as if nobody can see. Assistants as well come in angry & hardly ever speak. Wait times arent great, dont expect to have a "knowledgeable conversation" about insurance with the Office Manager "Carrie" she will more than likely say she will get with Patient Services and have THEM call you. Do NOT waste your time coming here. Although the Drs are GREAT. A new team should be looked into. -5 rating from me !

Im so happy my dentist recommended this dentistry for our kids. The staff is friendly and the dentists are trained professionals. Everyone here is so good with kids! Emmanuel was SO good getting my kiddos (4 and 6) to sit still for x-rays; Cerrie at the front desk is super friendly; our dentists, Dr. Abudawood and another one (sorry- dont remember her name) were just so skilled and thorough. They spent time explaining what they were doing to my daughter and reinforcing good habits to maintain healthy teeth. They also spent time with me explaining things- I didnt feel rushed or hurried along. And the rooms are so cute! Great place. Id highly recommend this dentistry.

I love this dentist office!!!!! The decor in the office is so nice and appealing. Its very clean. My kids love watching a movie while getting their cleaning. And as a parent they make everyone feel welcome and comfortable. The staff is amazing. Doctor and staff are the best I have ever met. Great with kids, honest and caring! I have 7 years experience in the dental field so I am very picky about who treats my kids dental needs. This office deserves 10 stars!!!! I would recommend everyone to bring their kids to tots to teens on culebra road.

Tots to teens pediatric dentistry is the BEST place to take your child for their oral health needs. The facility is beautifully decorated, theu have games to keep kids busy while you wait, the staff are sooooooo kind, gentle, polite and informative . The txt alerts are a great way to be reminded of an appointment, so thats a plus. I wouldnt go anywhere else and I highly recommend this dentistry. They give the best little toys and a sweet lolipop to your child after thier visit. We love tots to teens!!!

Tots to Teens has only improved since we started coming for my sons first dental appointments! Dr. Brutton is knowledgeable and patient with his patients. Today we were seen by Ms. Becky, who is extremely friendly and put my son at ease immediately. We were also seen by Dr. Tahiri, who was just as friendly and kept my son comfortable while she examined him. Here, we dont experience judgement for our dental hygiene habits, only constructive suggestions to better improve our health.

My daughter is not a fan of Dentist. We are military and just moved to the area and we thought it sounds like a good Dentist for a kid. We went there and the dentist was so rough and very very not kid friendly. Plus her assistant didnt say one word to my daughter or us during the whole hour we were there. You would think they would make my daughter feel comfortable but not once they did. Assistant hated her job. Run from this place.

Everything is perfect with this place , great staff , great ambience , no wait time at all . Entire process is so simple , asked to fill couple of forms followed by regular cleaning and X-rays . The way staff handled the little one to get the work done is exceptional and completely professional .Doctor also explained everything and provided couple of suggestions. I strongly recommend this place

Thanks to a family members referral we now bring our children to Tots to Teens. The staff is friendly, quick and helpful. They will answer any questions you may have and are great with the kids. I am most impressed with how quick they handle our appointments and am able to book multiple appointments at once.

Very clean place, the time waiting is never longer the. 5-10 minutes. I like that I see and work with the same Doctor and assistant every time. They always answer my questions. When I call they always answer my questions. I like the appointment reminders. Overall I love the friendly staff and environment.

Love this place! Love how the treat my kids and how they treat me and my husband. They answer all questions without being annoyed. My kids go back alone and are very comfortable there. I have seen kids who are nervous and they have so much patience. I highly recommend this place to anyone.

Dr. Ayala is great with our 3-year old, and the office staff is very friendly. The email appointment reminders are nice too. My only complaint is the long wait and small waiting area. Not a good combination for anything "pediatric," but the doctors bedside manner makes it worth it.

Amazing staff and super clean building. Appointments are always called on time or even before. All 3 of my children love to go and even get a special treat after. Staff is just all around great. I couldnt ask for a better dentist office then this one for my children.
