We were referred here. Parents are not allowed to be in the back while procedure is done. My 5 year old had marks on his back and arms from where he said he was tied down as he cried. Im assuming by belt restraints. How terrifying! A form was signed before the procedure that stated the right was given to the dr. to make any changes to the dental plan they deemed fit. 6hrs later my son had a mouth full of silver teeth that had never been mentioned or required until he was in that room. Absolutely horrible! I will never let my children have any dental procedure done without me being by there side. That should have been my red flag. If I could give this place a negative star, I would. Extremely disappointed in the fact that they would make such a drastic decision on 10 of my babys teeth, that even our reg. dentist didnt see issues with.

My kids had a blast , this by far the best dentist Ive been to , i never been to an office with staff is all about making sure the kids and the the parents are comfortable while waiting. The desk staff had smile on thier face like they really enjoyed thier job , witch was crazy because the office was super pack . When i came in but they got everyone in and out and every kid that walkout the back had a smile on thier face. If anyone looking for a dental place this is it for you and your kids they have by far the best staff

Awesome experience, would highly recommend to anyone looking for a Dental office or wanting to switch. Great staff always very friendly and helpful. Your kids will love this place and so will you. Dont think twice just go in so you can meet the awesome staff and see all the great and hard work they dedicate to each and everyone of there patients. My kids and myself love this place.

My kids loved this place they did not want to leave.. Game area, theater.... The staff was nice and very friendly. They even make the parents feel special by giving us a gift also. Some dental offices dont show much interest in Medicaid patients, but Cielo treated us as if were paying out of pocket!! Well definitely be back!!

Blessings to yall ! I have never had such a pleasant experience. Taking my daughter to her first vist at cielo dental was very nice . All staff were very well respectful and very professional . And were able to explain and answer all my question I need answered. Thank you very much everyone

Brought my daughter for her first appointment & tgis will now be her 4th time coming. the staff is super friendly. Very clean and cute with Disney decorations for the kids! Will bring my other children here as well, although its like 20 mins from my house its worth the trip!

Great experience every time.Kids love the entertainment and pizza that Cielo Dental almost always have when we go ....good customer service and I cant complain about the gifts the kids as well as the parents get.I highly recommend this dentist office to anyone!

Love the dentist office , always clean and well organized ! Staff makes your visit go so that and fast . They are all fantastic with the kids and make them feel special . Our checkup on a SATURDAY TOOK NO LONGER THEN 20 min.
