My little rescue dog got ahold of some rat poison. I caught her before she had a chance to eat much of it but she ate enough to make me panic. I have been meaning to try this veterinary office because someone recommended them to me and they are close to my home. So I called and explained my situation. The person answering the phone was very sweet and concerned. I explained my dilemma and she said suggested that I bring the dog in but that she would check with the doctor first. She came back on the phone a few minutes later apologizing. She said they were very busy and my dog could not be seen. Are you kidding me? A dog that just ingested poison and you wont see her? They made my decision as to whether I will ever step foot in there with any of my animals. Thank you for nothing.

They practice the very best of both East & West veterinary medicine. Extremely up to date facilities and equipment. Office from front to back is exceptionally clean. The doctors and staff alike are very warm, friendly & caring. Everyone there is extremely competent and detailed oriented. I know my pets are getting the best possible care.
