Dr. Franklin is amazing! With a unique eye condition, we were used to our visits lasting hours. This all changed when we came to Dr. Franklins office. Theres always a short wait time and the visits go quickly. Dr. Franklin is extremely knowledgeable and, more importantly, kind.

Been here twice. Sitting in the lobby waiting to be called back for hours. I did have an appointment. They need to quit overbooking, and book realistic times. I expect to be seen at my appointment time... not hours later.
